P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. Food was good. They forgot to bring us something and the manager was right on it. The server was very nice. However, the place needs a facelift desperately. Our seat in the booth was peeling and cracked. It just looked dingy. This was the PF Changs in Atlantic City, NJ

We could not have asked for a better server! She was knowledgeable, made good recommendations, was prompt, and very upbeat! The location is very nice and we never felt rushed. The food was good but did not blow us away. We were hoping for a bit more variety. Overall we had a positive experience.

Well apparently I had reservations last night for 4 and an infant. (Just an fyi I ate at carmines night before and Cuba libre day for that. When asked for how many I told them both 4 plus and infant so they both said ok 4.)When making reservations I put down 4 and not 5. When we arrived(by the way we were on time, however there was a huge line at the front (7 groups ahead of us) which made us 10 minutes late for reservation. Hostess said oh don’t worry it’s no big deal. (That’s because he was extremely slow at doing his job). I told him 4 and and an infant and he tells me oh that’s going make my reservation later. So I said how much later and I already started getting a little angry cause of his attitude and he tells me 20 minutes. I had 3 children total plus my wife. During this 20 minutes which ended up being over 35, he called out at least 6 different groups of 5 people and 3 of them were a no show. I asked to speak to a manager. Upon arrival of the manager, I already noticed his attitude was just like the hostess. He tells me oh my hostess was right it’s 5 people. I said just like I told your hostess give me a 4 table, I don’t need a 5 table. He says no we can’t do that. Then he says besides you were late 10 minutes. I said yes because there was a huge line and your hostess was extremely slow. He actually started yelling at me in front of other customers and my family and that’s when …. Hit the fan. I told him don’t yell at me and I told him no one yells at me that way. He proceeds to argue and then says this is my place if you want to leave you can, I don’t need your business. I was totally shocked and said take care ……. Have a nice …… day. Well I had PF Chang’s before and I will never go there again. That was the worst customer service I ever saw in my life and I’m 45 years old. I hope the owner or corporation see this message and sees what type of worker they actually have at Tropicana in Atlantic City. We ended up going too Ossu Asian Tavern. No wait at all

Our experience at P.F Chang’s was great Our waitress Daniel was first class. Professional friendly knowledgeable Our meal was delicious. We will definitely be back!

It was a great dinner. The chef’s special dinner for 2 was perfect and more than enough for both of us. The service was great and the food was excellent, extremely hot when it arrived. The soup , salad, and appetizer came out very quickly and the main courses took a little longer but it was perfect. The price is very reasonable compared to all the other restaurants in Atlantic City!!
