I had a fantastic experience! We ordered the edamame appetizer and the cauliflower side, and they perfectly executed our customizations on the cauliflower (no sauce). The happy hour drinks were also excellent. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Hostess had us wait a while to avoid overloading the waiter however after our long wait it took a very long time for our waiter to make contact with us. This location did not have enough staff working to help cover all the tables.

Mediocre at best. Overcooked chicken and shrimp. Service was ok, but lacked basic helpfulness until asked.

Waited 25 minutes thou we had a reservation. Front desk staff keep telling us she was overwhelmed. Food portions on lettuce wraps extremely small. Poor overall service and no value for our money. Been going to this chain for over 25 years. This will be our last time. Too bad. Dirty bathrooms, and poor staff.

It was very disappointing. We were charged for items incorrectly and asked for billing to be corrected, but it was only partially corrected. Rather than go back and ask again, we just paid the bill. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Granted we are currently in a terrible heat wave. The last time I was in a PF Changs, it was a special experience. Although the food is still tasty, this time it felt like a cafeteria and made me not want to go back. The service is good and the server did the best he could aside from the bill mishap, and not fully correcting it.

Platters need more meat especially the beef. Probably will not come back.

Celebrating my mom’s birthday and had a fabulous time. Food and service was exceptional and in a timely manner.

Our server was excellent! They were a bit understaffed after the D23 weekend, but she made sure to check on us as she was delivering birthday sparklers, serving food and water, etc. The family size portions were sufficient for four people (and we still had leftovers for one person’s lunch). We ordered the Chang’s lettuce wrap appetizers, shrimp pad Thai, broccoli and beef, Chang’s spicy chicken, and a table portion of steamed rice. We did have to ask for more lettuce for the Chang’s lettuce wrap appetizer. There were 4 of us and they only brought 4 lettuce leaves. There was sufficient filling for everyone to have two. The only complaint would be that I noted this was a business meeting and they sat us in the middle tables, two of which were birthday celebrations. The again we got lucky with the best server. Big thank you to Open Table app. As we were leaving there was several groups waiting (they just didn’t have the staff for all sections). We heard someone say that the wait was an hour!

Waitrees was rude when asked to refund the last items NOT coming…server was sub par-would NOT recommend!!
