It was very disappointing. We were charged for items incorrectly and asked for billing to be corrected, but it was only partially corrected. Rather than go back and ask again, we just paid the bill. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Granted we are currently in a terrible heat wave. The last time I was in a PF Changs, it was a special experience. Although the food is still tasty, this time it felt like a cafeteria and made me not want to go back. The service is good and the server did the best he could aside from the bill mishap, and not fully correcting it.

Platters need more meat especially the beef. Probably will not come back.

I went for my wife’s birthday and I advise was the reason we went and no one came out to wish my wife a happy birthday

Celebrating my mom’s birthday and had a fabulous time. Food and service was exceptional and in a timely manner.

Our server was excellent! They were a bit understaffed after the D23 weekend, but she made sure to check on us as she was delivering birthday sparklers, serving food and water, etc. The family size portions were sufficient for four people (and we still had leftovers for one person’s lunch). We ordered the Chang’s lettuce wrap appetizers, shrimp pad Thai, broccoli and beef, Chang’s spicy chicken, and a table portion of steamed rice. We did have to ask for more lettuce for the Chang’s lettuce wrap appetizer. There were 4 of us and they only brought 4 lettuce leaves. There was sufficient filling for everyone to have two. The only complaint would be that I noted this was a business meeting and they sat us in the middle tables, two of which were birthday celebrations. The again we got lucky with the best server. Big thank you to Open Table app. As we were leaving there was several groups waiting (they just didn’t have the staff for all sections). We heard someone say that the wait was an hour!

Waitrees was rude when asked to refund the last items NOT coming…server was sub par-would NOT recommend!!

Took 50 min to get meal. Didn’t see waitress more than twice. Asked for tamari 3 times never got any. Not worth it. Service was bad, food portions small.

The food was absolutely delicious, but our waiter seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. He rang in a meal wrong, and then tried to charge us $40 more than we had ordered. He also then struggled with figuring out how much each of us owed when we were splitting the bill up. That left us all feeling negatively
