Great night - small bustling restaurant with excellent food and cocktails! Smoked trout spring roll appetizer was perfect for sharing. Our entrees (tuna and rockfish) were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. A lovely evening!

Excellent service. They always remember me and even remember what I usually order. My wife loves the lamb and I love the short ribs with the crisp onions on top mmmmmmmm. This time they had brussel sprouts which were great. The bread they bring is warm with a little salt and a little bit if cheese. They bring out a dish with olive oil and a dash of balamic to dip it in Mmmmmmm

We've never been disappointed at Persimmon, and this dinner was no exception. Indeed, it was impressive in both large and small things. The halibut special was perfect - halibut is easy to ruin and theirs was like buttah. I'd asked for the accompanying green beans "almost raw," and they too were perfect. Just blanched and immediately iced. Extra points on service for bringing new utensils after clearing the salads. We come "regularly but not frequently," and they always remember us. Parking is easy in the rear lot.

We had a fantastic time in Persimmon, always the food is excellent, the service outstanding and the owners always make us feel at home. Kudos to Zaki and Said. I strongly recommend the place, It's an authentic gem

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Bethesda. There are a ton of mediocre choices, but this is a wonderful, intimate restaurant that never lets you down.

It is amazing that Persimmon keeps on serving such delicious food. My rack of lamb was perfect. We've been there before and will go back again.
