It was an amazing experience. Every single staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food… The food was beyond delicious. Loved the salad, right amount of dressing and everything so nicely chopped. The steak was made in front of us and it was perfect. So tender, so flavorful, so amazing. The potato, the asparagus, everything really good. Not a lot of room for dessert but we tried the crème brûlée and the banana foster. What can I say, both dessert were so flavorful and delicious. The banana foster was done in front of us too and the sense of humor was great while preparing it. 200% recommend. It was a perfect dinner/place to celebrate our anniversary. We are extremely happy.

We had the most wonderful dining experience at Pepper Tree. Everything was perfect. The food, the service, the atmosphere all made for an excellent way to celebrate our anniversary.

Very disappointed! Three time requested window table not honored. Flowers brought beforehand for my wife’s birthday were at the table, but another couple were seated at the table. No acknowledgment of my wife’s birthday on entering. Spirit pour was very light; $30.00 bottle of wine was served at $20.00 / glass and young wine list was significantly overpriced! Ultimately, to apologize a desert was offered with a Happy Anniversary wish- This is NOT a place to come to celebrate a special occasion! This used to be one of the best fine dining experiences in CS. NOT ANYMORE!!! I’ve historically come for years with the previous 2 owners. Doubtful we will return!!!

I hadn't been here for 20 years. It was always exceptional food and ambience, and it still is. The table-side prepared steaks (Pepper and Diane) could not have been any better. The filets are so tender that steak knives are not needed, just table knives. Servers were prompt and attentive, but not too much. Background music was pleasant without being too loud. My only suggestion is to adjust the lighting so that diners can better view the city lights. They were a bit too bright inside, and the outside ones above the windows might be turned off completely. The city view is a major reason why people go to the Pepper Tree. [I do understand that older diners might prefer brighter inside lighting.] PS Some local draft beers would be a nice addition.
