Regrettably the standard in the Cardinal Pepe has gone down since we last dined there almost 12 months ago.. The service was poor, we waited five minutes to be served after being seated. We waited another 12 minutes to be served our drinks. The olives that arrived before our drinks were very salty, to be uneatable without a drink. I ordered red wine and a bottle of white arrived, I couldn't tell from the label and the dark glass what the wine was , once opened I accepted the bottle & drank it. Starters were alright, the quality of the main course Sea Bass & Sausage Casserole was not up to standard with our expectation. Finally we feel that the bill total of £156 did not justify the quality and ambiance . Its unlikely we will return in the short term

Been here quite a few times. Food is very good. How ever this time service was not as good as it is normally. Overall a nice Italian restaurant, would go back again.

We had to wait a very long time before we could order. Once we had ordered, they forgot to get our drinks. When we did get our food, it was reasonably good but certainly not worth the prices. The guitarist did provide some ambiance but made it difficult to have a conversation at our table.

Lovely evening, great food. Pizzas were enormous and perfect for 2 teenage boys!

this is a truly Italian restaurant with fresh and high quality ingredients. have been in the Uk for 20 years and this is the best pizza I’ve ever tried outside Italy. Authentic and genuine italian food. 100% recommended

Excellent as always, love the prawn linguini. Service impeccable. Will be going back. Better if the bread was served in a basket.

Absolutely fabulous hidden gem in North Kingston near Richmond Park. It’s a family run restaurant with Peppe at the helm who is Sicilian and his food is fantastic. It’s great for all ages with off the scale pizzas as well as pasta and I particularly love the fresh fish dishes. We have been going a long time and have never had anything but great food. We have had birthdays there and special occasions and they always make you feel incredibly welcome whether first timers or regulars. Best of all - lots of fellow Italians go there which is a sign of a great place. I am writing a review for the first time as I look at reviews now and know they are helpful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
