We came to Peninsula Grill for our anniversary dinner. It was wonderful. The service, the food, the entire experience was just perfect.

Best dinner experience in Charleston. James was our waiter and he was fantastic. Tuna appetizer was delicious. We shared Ceasar salad and ribeye which was outstanding. Wine list was exceptional as well. We will be back.

My husband, son, and I all had delicious meals. Throughout dinner, we were each commenting on the different tastes and layers of flavors that were continually being exposed as we savored each bite. We finished the meal by taking home an entire coconut cake for later enjoyment. The service was beyond excellent. I wish we could have taken our waiter, Laurence, home too. Wonderful.

Our family of four including a 22-year-old and 17-year-old had one of the best meals we have ever had ! Everyone loved every bite they ate. We will remember this meal for years to come. We are still talking about 24 hours later !!!

The vibe of the fancy “steakhouse” type restaurant was very stuffy. The food was good but not my favorite in Charleston but definitely the highest priced out of everywhere. I think I was a little mislead by the grill part in the name.

Always go for celebrations, was our anniversary. Ambience was lively as usual a little too loud. Service attentive but not overly intrusive. Paula was great, but a Lille to quick to remove items from table without asking. Scallops were the best I’ve had in Charleston or anywhere. The short ribs with rosemary were ok..but for the type of restaurant should have been outstanding. Perhaps just our expectations were just not to our liking. Overall the ecprience was great and we will return often to taste the variations in the menu
