Patrona is our favorite restaurant in Ukiah. The wait staff is outstanding.

The new owners have changed the menu and I feel not for the better. The Wedge Salad was not a wedge but a half head of lettuce with seeds and sprouts added. No blue cheese and only the tiniest smattering of bacon. We also ordered the Shepherds Pie from the Specials Menu. I am not a SP expert but this one seemed fatty and gelatinous. A woman at the next table also ordered the pie and she shared our same feelings. The waitress who was excellent by the way told us the item had been on the menu for a while and that others seemed to like it. I also think the chocolate tort was bland. The ambiance and wait staff are very good, the food not so much.

Wonderful meal. Nice to see the change that has occurred to the venue. Great service. Will be back again. Need espresso! Lol 😆

Lamb Loin Chops on special menu were outstanding. Best restaurant in Ukiah.

My daughter and I went for dinner on a Friday night. I was glad we made a reservation because the place filled up and after eating there, I certainly know why! The food may rival that in any city, including New York and San Francisco and wine country! Truly, a drive to Ukiah just to eat at Patrona would be time well spent! Our server was Creedence and she was superb. Highly recommend you ask for her when you’re dining and take her up on her recommendations. Enjoy! We will be back for sure!

Apparently Patrona did not tell Open Table that it would be closed for a week. We live out of town and were coming to Ukiah to take a cousin out for a special birthday dinner. We made our reservations about 2 weeks earlier and got a text reminder the day before. When we were shopping downtown the day of the dinner, we walked by Patrona and saw a note on the door that they were closed from Jan. 1 to Jan. 9!!! There are few nice restaurants in Ukiah but we managed to get reservations and had a delicious meal with great service at Cultivo. We may have a new favorite place.

For appetizers the Potato leak soup was flavorless and pasty. The Brussels sprouts were heavily creamed, totally meh. My main was pasta seafood was good, red sauce would be better. My wife ordered Mac n cheese for $30 and she will never do that again. Just not worth it. The menu is disappointing. So there were no decent appetizers and only one good meal. The previous owners were better.
