Good service, relaxed atmosphere and wide selection of meals. The salmon was excellent and prepared perfectly. The lasagna was a little heavy on the cheese that made it almost mushy. The mozzarella appetizer was huge and a bit strange. It was a slice about the size of a piece of bread , and an inch to inch and a half thick. It came with maybe a teaspoon or not quite a tablespoon of marinara. It was very tasty, but it was just way too big. Definitely a share appetizer for at least three or four people. Two of us ate our fill, and there was still almost a half left.

I am a local and have enjoyed going to Pasta Cucina often. After their recent remodel, my friend and I went to dinner and had the Fra Diablo. She had a glass of wine and I ordered an Appletini. After 30 minutes, the server came and said the bartender said she didn't have the ingredients to make the martini. I then ordered an iced tea. That didn't come until I told the server I never got it. He brought it and apologized. The Fra Diablo came and it was very dry. Normally, there is a bit of sauce that coats the pasta. This experience was very disappointed. Too many other choices for Italian!

The food wasn't as good as before the renovations' MY two dining partners did not finish their meal. Service was spotty at best. Took over 25 minutes to get the bill. The manager deducted the price of one meal as it was so bad.

Food was not the same since they remodeled the kitchen. Several parties walked out after looking at menu. Love the people but hate the food. Not sure if I will go back

Menu has recently been changed a few favorites no longer available. Prices ridiculous I ordered chicken Marsala $22 and thats all you get. No pasta if you want it $9. And thats no longer the same as well. Food came out cold had to ask for bread my ice tea was empty and no one really cared. Will not being eating there again.

This restaurant recenly re-opened after a remodel but looks about the same as in the past. I liked the food on previous visits but it was sub standard this time around. The spaghetti was cold and although I ordered with meatballs, they never arrived. They were clearly short on servers as our person checked with us once during the whole time we were seated. Prices have also been increased and overall was a poor experience.

The menu has been changed deleting standard dishes. The chicken parm had no taste and the rigatoni was undercooked. The sauce was bland. The veal scallopini was like shoe leather with no taste and did not come with any pasta.

We were excited to go back to Pasta Cucina after the remodel (the remodel was in the kitchen area not the restaurant). We ordered the Caesar Salad to start and then a pizza and the chicken parmigiana. The salad came out quickly but the other two dishes took more than 45 minutes. We just happen to mention to this to manager and alas the two dishes came out. The pizza was very good and the chicken parmigiana was excellent but the spaghetti was over cooked. I would go back because the service is good and almost all the meals we have had were excellent.

I usually go to a restaurant a few times before writing a review. We've been to this one four times - whenever we're in Henderson - and I can honestly say it's the best Italian restaurant around. I live in L.A., so I've had plenty of Italian food (Americanized), but Pasta Cucina has my vote as the best one around. Why? Ingredients are simple and fresh. They don't try to get too fancy or trendy with it. The marinara sauce is literally the best around. I adore it. Their chopped salad is exquisite - fresh and tasty. Bread is delicious. Service impeccable. We went last night and had Tim, who was a joy. Yes, we will be back, probably more times than my husband would like (he's not a foodie like me). My recommendation is to go there, try the spaghetti and meatballs and the chopped salad. Delish!
