Last night was another great evening at Parker’s… Dave the bartender was on his game, as usual 👍 John our server did a fine job for us from start to finish 💪

Our service was amazing. Esmeralda was kind, had great timing, and was very knowledgable. Acknowledged our anniversary, as did the manager, who bough us a cocktail to celebrate when we arrived and sat in the bar to start off. The only thing I was disappointed in was my meal. I got the 7 oz. filet, / asparagus / mashed potatoes entree, medium rare requested. It came out medium, it was not tender like a regular filet, and the asparagus was limp and overcooked. The filet was not seasoned, and very dry on the outside - just a charred taste. For $59 I felt this was a poor value. We paid with a gift card, otherwise I probably would have asked for something different and certainly didn't want the food to go to waste. I feel a filet is better prepared with a pan-sear, then baked, I didn't prefer the charred taste.

Parker's is one of my favorite restaurants, and I always look forward to my visits there. It is a bit on the expensive side for our budget, so when we do go, it is always with the expectation it will be wonderful. Last night was NOT a good example of that. I got their lamb chops, which even with the sharp steak knife I was provided, were ABSOLUTELY IMPENETRABLE. I LUVVVV lamb, so I was doubly disappointed-- both in the dish, itself, and with the fact that such a classy restaurant could serve such a failure. I don't know if the condition of my lamb is something that the kitchen should have noted when it was being prepared; all I know is that I am glad that was not my first visit to Parker's, since it would have been my last! My husband also got the lamb, but for reasons I still can't understand, he kept his dish, even when the Parker's staff asked him if he, too, was unhappy. I watched him struggle with the chops, trying to saw his way through with the knife, and then, when that got him nowhere, picking them up and pulling them apart with his hands, then gnawing the meat off the bone with his teeth. I do want to stress that the staff-- both the server and the manager-- were apologetic and solicitous. I could tell that that manager was embarrassed; in fact he told me as much. I got a I got a substitute dish, at that point, I asked for just another appetizer. I, too, was embarrassed, not wanting to make a scene, so I just got one crab cake. On almost every visit to Parker's my husband and I splurge with two shared appetizers, (usually terrific) entrees, desert, and coffee. Last night, I just wanted to leave, so the latter two items were not part of the meal. I must end by saying that I DO, VERY MUCH, intend to return; I still count Parker's as one of my favorite restaurants, and I expect that our next visit will again be fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend them to people reading this review, but I will say order the lamb chops at your own risk!

Skatewing meal was undercooked - raw actually. Sent it back and waited 20 minutes for a new meal while my wife ate her meal alone.

We started out at the bar and had a couple of cocktails with Dave the bartender... who is very effective and knowledgeable.... he always does a very fine job and treats you like family. Food is always very good at Parker's and last night was no exception.

We enjoyed our cocktails, the calamari appetizer, the steak and brussel sprouts we ordered but unfortunately the sable special was really disappointing. Service and ambiance were great as always so we’ll try again another time soon.

What a wonderful place for a dinner. The service is always great. We had a problem this time with our steak not being cooked correctly but it was handled immediately. Still one of my favorite places to eat

Been dining here for years. It’s just ok these days. Food hit or miss. Just ate there, risotto wasn’t cooked correctly, came out very fast and was way over cheesed. Salmon was way undercooked, cold raw in the middle. Server said they cook it medium, this clearly wasn’t. They cooked it some more but then it was overly dry. Disappointing for the price you pay, the food being so so.
