Bistro Parker est un restaurant de 100 places pittoresque situé au centre-ville de Sioux Falls. Ouvert en Septembre 2009, le Parker's Bistro peut être fier d'être devenu un nouvel acteur important de la vie du centre-ville. Cet établissement s'est donné pour mission de fournir une excellente qualité de nourriture jumelée avec des boissons et un service exceptionnels. Au Parker, les plats sont élaborés en cuisine de A à Z. Le Parker fait tout son possible pour utiliser des ingrédients biologiques locaux dont le poisson frais proposé deux fois par semaine pour le très populaire « fish special » hebdomadaire. En outre, Parker a une liste de vins et de bières complète, mais dispose aussi d'un choix au bar complet.

Parkers always makes me feel like family. I arrived early for my reservation, fully expecting a wait, but much to my surprise was immediately shown a table. My server always had a genuine warm smile that showed the passion and dedication to his craft. The food, as always was top notch. As a frequent guest I love the frequent menu changes and the new ideas that are presented. Few restaurants can compete with the atmosphere, the quality of food, and the friendliness of staff.

Love the atmosphere and the service was great. Wedge lacked flavor and could have used a touch of balsamic or grape tomatoes as opposed to tasteless wedges of a large tomato. Brie was delicious. Had a NY strip supposed to be prime but have much better steaks at home. For around $60 it should be premium. The asparagus impressed me more than the steak. Disappointing that $200 for 2 with one drink leaves you wanting.

We’ve never had a bad meal at Parker’s until last night. Both entrees were subpar. My duck was like warm and my wife’s scallops were under cooked. Both salads were good. It seems adding additional tables has stressed their kitchen. We hope the next time we eat at Parker’s it’s back to it’s normal, phenomenal self

The "Special" dish was outstanding. Such great flavors. Could be put on regular menu so good.

Our Service was not good at all. The gentleman who served us was always in hurry. My guest commented that it seems like we were an annoyance rather than a paying customers to this fine dining restaurant. My guest had scallops and I had the special seared fish. They both were ok. We wouldn't make a special trip to go again to order those dishes for the price they charge for those dishes. We definitely have had lot better experiences at other fine dining places in Sioux Falls.
