Great brunch , great service with Richard. Only negative was the air conditioning. Were an older group who all had an extra sweater to throw on bc usually places are freezing. But it was actually uncomfortably warm where we mentioned it , & the response was because it was so hot out. Not a good response, especially bc we were with an A/C specialist. He said probably needs a good look at the a/c on roof. The upper area was cool by the bar , but the lower tables are uncomfortable. Won’t stop me from coming back bc we love PWT, but not in the lower area.

Overall, our meal & experience was great. Our table was in a spot where it was sometimes difficult to get the attention of our server, but the upside was that it was a bit quieter where we were seated.

I would have liked breakfast options for children in the brunch menu. They only had lunch options. So we got adult portions of pancakes which the kids loved and split. If it was only one kid it would have been too big and pricey. Overall it was great. Server was lovely.

Waitress was unfamiliar with menu Burger underdone Seated a family with babies next to us while having a meeting with lots of tables available

We had booked an outdoor table but when we got there there were no outdoor tables available. Our server was very nice. Our food was good. When we paid the bill it took about 15 minutes to get our credit card back. It was weird and uncomfortable. They kept apologizing but still couldn't produce our card. Maybe it was just an off night?

Great (reliable) food as always. Nice hostess staff. Very noisy so it's hard to have conversations. I think the waitress was having an "off" night, after she dropped a wine glass on the table and it shattered directly on me/in front of me (glass bits everywhere) we would have appreciated the wine comped rather than a side of fries.
