On y propose un menu constitué de classiques culinaires français qui allie parfaitement les produits locaux et organiques aux influences et techniques françaises. Une superbe carte des vins vous permet de trouver le vin parfait pour agrémenter les délicieuses saveurs créées dans la cuisine à aire ouverte. Dégustez le cocktail signature sur la terrasse durant les mois les plus chauds ou profitez de la terrasse chauffée à l'arrière du restaurant toute l'année.     While waiter is so nice and ambience nice, the prices were ridiculous. Hadn't been in years and won't return. Only frites were worth going back for. My friend ordered steak salad and for $46 she expected to take enough home for lunch today. The portion was so small. And my fish was good just so not worth it. Only 1 other couple was there .. clearly we aren't only people who feel this way. Sad bc it could be good.

    Mrs Missry, When was the last time you came for dinner at Paris 66? Probably over 15 years ago. When was the last time you bought filet mignon from your local grocery store? When was the last time you put gas in your car? When was the last time you paid your insurance bill, electricity bill, etc... Welcome to the post Covid time. The whole restaurant industry changed. Wages cost more. We pay much more for everything. But, look around you, 99% of our guests love us. I am sorry that you don't...

    We waited over an hour between our appetizer service and our dinner service. It was clear it wasn’t just our table since we heard all the servers apologizing for the wait. The frites were excellent, the foie gras appetizer was great. The desserts were disappointing. This used to be a fabulous and consistent restaurant. I don’t think the value is there for the price point anymore.

    Mary, looking at your reservation, I see that you came to dinner in the middle of the rush on a very busy Saturday and we only had 2 people working in the kitchen that evening because someone called off at the last minute. I am not making any excuses but I wanted you to know the situation. Paris 66 is still a fabulous and consistent restaurant, just not last Saturday and I apologize for it. Did you talk to my Manager that evening about your concerns? Everyone loves Paris 66 and I believe that you still love it also. Please re-consider the 2 Star Review you just gave us.     Paris 66 was a real treat. My colleague and I work nearby and previously discussed interest in trying them out. I saw that they had a menu for Pittsburgh restaurant week and figured we'd take advantage of it. The restaurant is very intimate and gives all the Parisian vibes. The wait staff were very polite and attentive. The food was also excellent I had their pureed (mashed) potatoes and as a mashed potato lover I can say that they were probably some of the best I've ever had. I don't enjoy junk fees especially when you're spending the kind of money you're going to spend there. So my drawbacks to the experience were the undisclosed fees which were the 3% charge when using a card the automatic 20% gratuity for choosing the restaurant Week menu and being charged for water ( don't think I've ever been charged for water). Other than that I would go back to just have the potatoes again.

    Thank you for your review. My name is Frederic Rongier, Proprietor of Paris 66 Bistrot. The 3% credit card fee has now become the norm for our industry. Please understand that the aftermath of Covid (ie rising labor cost, rising food cost, rising operation cost, etc...) have adversely affected the hospitality industry, Please also know that I waited until the last possible minute to implement this new policy.     This is one of our favorite restaurants that we've been coming to for over a decade. I don't know if we just came on an off day but the food was so underwhelming. In my bouillabaisse, the fish was somehow dry. For the first time ever coming here, I didn't order dessert because the options were limited and unappealing. I really want to come back & hopefully have a better experience.

    Bonjour Robin, I don't like getting a 2 star review, especially from a guest who has been coming to Paris 66 for over a decade and loves it. Did you talk to my Manager that evening about your concerns? Your fish was dry in your bouillabaisse? I will talk to my Chef about it. The desserts (Creme brûlée, mousse au chocolat, 7 different kinds of sweet crepes, sometimes tartelette or cake), have been on my menu since 2008 and everyone loves all of them. Please re-consider the 2 star review you just gave me. I would like you to come back again to get the full Paris 66 authentic Parisian restaurant experience. A bientot, Frederic Rongier.

    Incredible experience! I haven’t had this nice of a dining experience in years. The service was outstanding and the food was truly delectable. Will be back!

    We were off to a good start with service, ordering drinks and an appetizer, but the meal order was not taken in a timely manner and therefore the wait was longer than hoped for for our food. The Bouillabaisse lacked flavor and was very bland but my husband’s lamb chops were very good. It took not only our table a while to receive the final bill - we watched several tables wait more than 15 minutes for their check. There were three servers and 2 managers so we were not sure what was going on. Staff were friendly - just slow to care for customers.

    Thank you for your review. We want you to take your time at Paris 66. How many guests were in your party? The turn time table at Paris 66 is 2H and 15 minutes for 2 guests, 3H for four guests and so on... We want you to have a beautiful conversations with your family or friends and we do not come to your table too often on purpose. About the check, we NEVER bring it to our guests if they did not ask for it. This is an awful French faux pas if we do. You didn't know that it was a French custom and it's ok. Now you know. There were not 2 Managers but 1 Manager and 1 host. We are looking forward to having you again very soon for another full French experience! A tres bientot!
