L'ajout de style de Stephen Starr au Rittenhouse Square rend hommage à la culture de café français. On y sert le déjeuner, le diner et le souper sept jours par semaine. C'est un endroit idéal pour une bouchée rapide ou un repas tranquille. Parc se souvient des brasseries chics de Paris, servant de la cuisine française classique dans un espace de charme. Les banquettes en cuir rouge surmontées d'un verre dépoli procurent un sentiment d'intimité. Des détails tels que des chaises usées en bois, des cadres de peintures et de photos vintage et des anciens luminaires en laiton transportent les invités à travers l'Atlantique. Les portes à la française battantes s'ouvrent sur une terrasse couverte par un auvent rouge foncé parfait pour les repas "en plein air."     We went as a group of 8. They were able to accommodate our needs for separate checks. Food was very good and came out timely. Cocktails were also delicious. Would recommend!

    It’s always an amazing experience at Parc, and we were lucky enough to have Charles taking care of us. He is a gem! The food is always on point - my husband and I shared a delicious cheese board, then ordered the steak frites and the Mediterranean Sea bass. The steak was perfectly cooked and the bass was also perfection. My husband ordered a chocolate shake and swears it’s the BEST he’s ever had! I would say the same about the Crème Brûlée! What a wonderful anniversary dinner!

    Charles was my server and was absolutely phenomenal. Without hovering or interruption, Charles was quite attentive, ensuring my meal was as I ordered. I started with shrimp cocktail, that was thoroughly chilled, fresh tasting with a firm texture. I also had œufs durs mayo, which were prepared in the classical French tradition of egg yolks that were moist without being runny or crumbly. For my entree I had the trout amandine. The fish was in a brown butter and lemon sauce, with a generous portion of haricot verts and toasted almonds. The skin was very crispy and the fish remained moist, yet firm. Outside of Paris, Parc is one of the most authentic French bistros around!

    My favorite way to spend a beautiful summer day: a relaxing lunch at Parc, with a good friend and enjoying wonderful food. My guest and I both opted for the classic trout with string beans and beautifully finished with a shower of almonds in a sumptuous butter and lemon sauce: delicious, healthy, satisfying! The sweet ending came with the profiteroles stuffed with vanilla ice cream and extra chocolate sauce! Service was impeccable with Rocco, and management attention from Lauren who seems to know every customer and cares about each of us.

    After many visits the food is uniformly excellent. The veal scallops in a mushroom cream reduction was outstanding, as is their scallop entré. The decor and ambience are great, but the hard tile surfaces make the restaurant very noisy, especially when busy. The other issue is that the service is slow. It feels like everything simply takes forever. But I still strongly recommend Parc. I visit Philadelphia three to four times a year and I always make a point of fitting in a couple of meals at Parc.
