I always think the food and the service are amazing here! I always recommend this when people are asking for Italian food places.

There are many Italian restaurants to choose in the Pikes Peak Region and my wife of 59 years have tried all of them however, our favorite is Paravicini's Italian Bistro o West Colorado Avenue. We don't even look at a menu for we always order the same items, Calamari Fritti, Tenderloin Gorgonzola, Frutti Di Mare, Tiramisu, all matched with a white wine, and an after dinner drink. Service can't be beat no matter who you draw to wait and spoil you. Stacy happen to be our waitress and what a cutie in every respect and she did everything to make our 59th wedding a memorable one. She's to be commended!

As always, Paravicini's Italian Bistro shines. From being greeted and seated by the hostess to the service, and the food, everything was perfect. One of the things we really love about Paravicini's is the servers. They are always SO friendly, so informative and right on top of everything.

Best food in Springs hands down. If you’re looking for a great authentic Italian meal this is the spot. I’ve traveled all throughout Italy years before and this is authentic cuisine.

Danny Ray was a joy to have as our waiter and the food was fabulous. The balsamic chicken is to die for!

Amazing! First time there for my 7th wedding anniversary and the food was amazing! Great and friendly service from front to back of house. Highly recommend!

We've been going here for decades and the food is always top notch. Best fried calamari ever! Our reservation was for 5:30 PM on a Sunday, and we still had to wait about fifteen minutes to be seated. That kind of rubbed us the wrong way. Our waiter was great, kept checking back with us if we needed anything. The appetizers and salads came out immediately, but we waited about 30 minutes for the entrees. The waiter said there was a big group ahead of us but no sign of a big group in the restaurant, so not sure what that was all about. Maybe the kitchen also prepares the meals for Sopra upstairs??

Most of our food was excellent. The arancini is not to be missed as an appetizer, but very filling. House salads were nice and fresh and came with your meal. I got the shrimp puttanesca which was delicious, and chock full of shrimp. The only disappointing entree between the four of us was the fra Diablo. Kind of runny sauce, and not much spice. We got the biscotti parfait, but mostly just a large glass of ice cream.

The food and service was exceptional. The value for the price is fantastic. This is by far the best Italian restaurant in Colorado Springs.
