The cost of the food is a bit over the edge but the location and view make it worth it.

It was pretty ok. The fries were so good, I think if we had been sat closer to the view/oceanside it would have made up for it. The photos online don’t really show that the outdoor seating curves around the side of the building so many of the seats are set far back so your feet are kind of in the sand for no reason. The food we ordered was alright — we saw some of the bigger portions of dessert and seafood towers & those looked amazing! But we were a smaller party so those items didn’t make sense to order. We got all our food (2 kids, 3 adults) well before we got our drinks (2 beers, 1 soda, 2 lemonades, 1 water) which was a little strange. Servers seemed very neutral about being there. Not bad but not good either. Definitely seems like they’re aware this is a place you go once for the experience.

Second time coming to Paradise Cove. It's a really lovely casual beach front restaurant, where you can sit inside and see the water like Duke's or literally sit outside on the sand on the beach, with the comforts of an overhead canopy, or umbrellas, shading you from the sun. The atmosphere is really charming, and the food portions are huge, and yummy! That said, the first time I came, the service was not great. Our server went on break, and the server who took over ignored us on purpose after we asked a couple questions about the menu. We had to wait for our waiter to come back from break to actually be helped, and then it took forever for the food to come. Our waiter appeared to have been transferred to the other side of the room after his break, and we were stuck in the fill-in waitress territory, who wanted nothing to do with us, so getting our waiter's attention for the rest of our meal was challenging. Today, my second visit, it was a lovely lunch. Food was great, and service was much better and made up for my last visit. Our waiter even rescued us from bees that started to fly around us when our food arrived outside. My cousin is severely allergic to bees, so much so he needs an epi-pen if stung. My cousin noticed bees in the flowering pots around our table, and suddenly as our food arrived, those bees started to fly around us and our food. It went from a few bees, to a lot of bees, and my cousin started to panic. Our waiter helped us move inside and get my cousin away from danger. We really appreciate our waiter's quick response.

Came for breakfast yesterday and at first the hostess was very nice and brought us to our table with a very nice view of the ocean. We waited 20 minutes to at least get acknowledged by our server while other tables were getting proper service. Our server never came to check up on us during our meal and we did want to order a few more things. Overall food was good and ambiance was nice but table service was terrible.

There were 4-5 bees/ hornets flying around us most of the meal it was not enjoyable. The food was overpriced. The staff didn’t say anything about our special event. Overall it was disappointing.

The service was okey, but unfortunately, the food didnt quite meet our expectations. In particular, I found the wedge salad to be disappointing. It lacked the flavor and for me it was like lettuce with side of crackers and very little amount of cheese and some bacons. Did not taste it right.

We have not been here for about 8 years and nothing has changed. Lunch on Monday was relatively quiet there but the staff was friendly and the weather was perfect. As always, the portions are generous and good. Parking is now $10 with validation but you just can’t beat the location and views. Fun lunch!!!
