I love going to this restaurant. They sat us before our 5:30 reservation. Outstanding service always. Food was amazing and portions are always big. Thank you to all staff and chefs for their service.

Been here multiple times, one of my favorite places along the coast to eat at. But the service was bad this time, we asked for a table exchange since the table was at shoulder height, food wasn’t enjoyed and waiter/manager refused to seat us somewhere else even tough they had multiple open tables.

20min wait after making reservations. Food was plentiful but of marginal quality. Good location and fun atmosphere. Sat outside without heaters. Service was slow and painful.

We love this place - been coming for years. However, we visited this Sunday, had a good dinner, and stepped outside to smoke while they were supposed to pack up our leftovers (more than half a Kobe rib and whole lobster dinner with sides) but they threw it away while we were gone! I even gave the waitress my credit card and left my cane before we went outside. She wasn't at fault and was a wonderful server, just lousy communication on the part of staff. I WANTED THAT FOOD. All management did was comp us half our dinner ($65) since we ate half of the food (cheap skates). We even stayed longer and had three desserts! The bill with tip came to $200 even with the "discount", and I still had no food to take home except the desserts. They really should have made us the food again to go, but sadly the place is going downhill and they don't know how to treat long time customers, or adequately correct obvious mistakes on their part. I don't appreciate being nickel and dimed, and will have to really consider whether we ever come back.

The staff from the host to the waiter are amazing. But the food wasn’t that great . I ordered the Kobe Ribs wasn’t cooked well and the Nachos was to oily and cold when it came out. My girlfriend enjoyed their specialty drink which she liked. As for the parking. I did ended up losing my parking ticket and did tell the waiter and he stated that it was validated because I gave him my license plate. When I tried to get it. The camera wasn’t reading my license plate so I ended up paying $65. I wouldn’t come back or suggest this place.

the server was discriminatory and rude in a sense that she never checked how the food was or what the side menu options were. instead, she just picked whatever she felt like without asking us
