Reservations were at 7:45. My party and I got skipped numerous times. We didn’t get seated until after I complained to the hostess. We were sat at 8:22. The hostess team were completely unprofessional the entire time I waited they spoke poorly of other guest. Food was okay, I will say our server Summer was a joy. She made the experience better. However, I will not be returning. For the money spent you are better off going two blocks to Vic and Anthony or driving to Mastros. Do better Pappas!

Food and service are top notch. The staff clearly take the extra steps to make sure everything is good for the customers. Martinis were amazing and steaks second to none

Both times we’ve been here have been outstanding service. Food was so good; our server John was great and knowledgable. Great ambiance.

I went on Valentine's Day and while the service was polite we did feel rushed. After our first course, the dinner bread and butter were removed without even being asked if we wanted to keep it at the table. The size of the main course and sides were shareable portions. So we ended up taking leftovers home. I ended up finding a hair in the packaged leftovers. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Awesome dinner and service. Waiter was extremely helpful and patient. We had a big group (11) people. He provided excellent recommendations.

Food was very good (though my ribeye was a little gristley in parts, filet mignon could be a wiser choice), staff seems to always be in performance mode but that doesn’t translate into friendly and welcoming. Would go back, keeping in mind it can get pricey fast.

Pappas Bros. Steakhouse is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for what would become one of the most memorable nights of our lives. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our evening special. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. The steaks were perfectly cooked and rich with flavor. Every dish, from the appetizers to the decadent desserts, showcased top-tier ingredients and masterful preparation. What truly sets Pappas Bros. apart, though, is the experience they create. This was the place where I proposed, and the staff went above and beyond to make the moment unforgettable. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence made an already special night even more magical. If you’re looking for the perfect place to celebrate a milestone, impress someone special, or simply enjoy an outstanding meal, Pappas Bros. is the place to be. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
