The Hotel Monaco gifted us free breakfast as my status recognition amenity. The coffee was strong but not burned, the juice was fresh squeezed, and the steel cut oats put my own homemade oatmeal to shame. The in-house baker whips up fresh made pastries and muffins of the day, and the challah toast is incredibly light and perfect with their house-made berry jam. We ended up eating breakfast (and a dinner) all three mornings.

We were underwhelmed by our experience dining before a concert. I haven’t been here since before COVID and I won’t be back. We ordered a salad and it came in a side salad bowl, which would have been helpful to know it was not an actual full sized salad. They offer no bread for the table and so we had to purchase two orders of focaccia, which is sad for an Italian restaurant to only offer one bread that is not the best for sauces. The sea bass was not tasty and the pesto spaghetti was over cooked. Overpriced and the service felt like a chain restaurant.

We had a 5pm reservation and tickets for a 7 pm show at Denver Center for the Performing Arts. The staff at Panzano's made sure we were served and ready to go by 6:15. Our food was beautifully prepared and delicious. We were very happy!

Waiter upselling alcohol from the get go as well as most expensive items in a rather aggressive way. Bus person sloshing water all over table and food when refilling water. All food except salad very salty. Pesto pasta with blistered tomatoes extremely oily, gluey, with exactly 3 small cherry tomatoes. What a regretful experience.
