This was our first time at Panzanella and it was absolutely beautiful. We sat on the patio, which had a lovely ambiance. The food was incredible—everything from the antipasto to the pasta was top-notch. Highly recommend the grilled octopus; it was outstanding! Our server was friendly and gave us a great wine recommendation that paired perfectly with our meal. At one point, the restaurant got really busy, and service slowed down a bit, but it seemed like they were just handling a rush. Otherwise, everything was excellent! We’ll definitely be back. Amazing food, great wine, and a beautiful setting—highly recommended!

The quality of food and presentation is pretty high. Prices are also higher (than comparable restaurants) but not too noticeably. The quality of service is a different story - Very poor attention both from the waiter and even the bus people. The older manager on duty was the one who was actually attentive and caring. Noise level is very high so having a descent conversation without shouting is near impossible. Tables are also very close to each other and they are generally on the smaller side so the dining hall was just packed with people. One low class and unbecoming element was charging $1.50 per head for bread. As we all have seen, some restaurants do charge for bread baskets (as a menu item) but Italian restaurant normally do not. This, to me, was a very déclassé way of trying to make a few extra bucks per table. Lastly, the $12 compulsory valet is something that’s also uncharacteristic. The same place valet parks cars should be available to self park. Overall, very good to great food but not worth all the negatives. We’ll hesitate to go back to this restaurant.

Overall it was excellent! It is Definitely one of my favorite restaurants now. Great service and food was absolutely delicious with lots of choices on menu.

Great food. Outstanding octopus, vongole, burrata ravioli, spaghetti granchia, profiteroles and brown butter black berry tart. A truly amazing dinner. One big complaint. Unbearably loud. So hard to hear in the din. Please do something about the acoustics. I saw several people turning down tables in the main dining room because it was too loud.

Great restaurant, but noise level was extremely high and made conversations virtually impossible. Kristine was a great server.

Wine and pasta were wonderful. I would not order the Caesar salad again. Juve’ was a fabulous waiter!

Our waitress was amazing. Kind and warm and helpful. But they seated us in the back room which is for private parties and the ambiance was too bright and felt like… we were stuck in the back of the restaurant!

Superb neighborhood restaurant that elevates its cuisine beyond a traditional neighborhood Italian eatery. There’s value here, too: The bread and tapenade cost $1.50 per person - most establishments of this quality charge about $10 a bread basket, if not more. Portions are generous. Pastas are usually exceptional as is the branzino. Service is always top-notch.
