Palace Kitchen offers an open kitchen concept to allow guests to watch the chefs at work. Settle in for dinner at one of the booths or our horseshoe shaped bar with low, intimate lighting and enjoy fresh, seasonal food that is served late into the night. Diners at Palace Kitchen love the whole trout, rotisserie chicken and burger royale that are grilled over the apple wood grill in house.
Palace Kitchen offers late night dining with a full menu until 12:00am and bar until 1:00am.
Our King Boletus Parlor and Chanterelle Rooms offer private dining for groups of up to either 16 guests or up to 20 guests.

What a petfect eving to celebrate my birthday The cocktails were delicious, the food impeccable, and service was amazing. The atmosphere had a great vibe We enjoyed every moment of the evening. We will be back.

It had been years (literally!) since we ate at Palace Kitchen. And we were delighted to find it delicious. A special meal of pot-au-feu, honoring the late chef Thierry Rauturaut, impressed because it did not rely on exotic spices or fancy techniques to create wonderful flavor: falling-apart-tender beef chunks, savory, "al dente" root veggies in a deeply flavorful--and not overly fatty!--broth...it was the perfect meal for a raw, rainy, late autumn evening. And the flourless chocolate cake we shared for dessert was lovely: not a dense slab of near-fudge, but closer in texture to marriage of Genoise and pot de creme. Service was friendly and attentive and nicely timed; there were no long waits between courses or too rushed giving us all the food at once.

Nice ambiance and good quality of food. Portion sizes were small on our entrees and didn’t feel like a great value.

Everytime I return to Seattle I make it a point to dine here. It is the perfect combination of ambiance, great, attentive (but not intrusive) friendly, classy service and management. They have a broad range of cocktails to pair with whatever your mood (exellently executed and presented), the food ranges from classic comfort (the hamburger is difficult to resist) to perfectly prepared and served whole fish and seafood. Love it when they serve halibut. The appetizers make decisions difficult. Sometimes I just choose a few appetizers in lieu of a main course. Deserts? Well the coconut cream pie is legendary, you must have it at least once, but don't overlook the rest. After dinner aperitifs? Yup. Frankly I often struggle deciding between an affagoto or an aperitif, so sometimes I make it an "and". I can't say enough good things about this place. I buy gift certificates to send my friends here because I know they will have an excellent, fun evening. To me, Palace Kitchen is Seattle.

Food was great and fun atmosphere. Unfortunately the server was very short and bordering on rude. She Acted as though we were a burden to be there. So the lack of service certainly spoiled the great food and atmosphere

If you want a tasty meal with a farm-to-table, cooked by real cooks vibe in a comfortable restaurant, this is your place. The menu isn't five pages long. It's two pages of good food to meet everyone's needs. And what's there is impeccably prepared, which is what actually matters. Service was tremendous -- more befitting a white-linens restaurant than the casual settings. We were astounded at how well tended-to we were. We also appreciated the level of expertise about the menu and wines our server had and shared. After many -- many -- mediocre or passable dining experiences in Seattle, we were thrilled to find the Palace. Can't wait to come back.

Softly lit, beautiful restaurant. Service was on point and timed perfectly from cocktails to dessert. Food was very creative and delicious. I will return upon my next visit to Seattle.
