Given the fact I had mentioned it was my friend’s birthday, disappointed that there was no gesture from the restaurant with regard to this. Perhaps they should not ask reason at booking stage if not relevant for the restaurant!

My family and I were impressed by how well organized this restaurant is. The food too was great, fresh and flavoursome. The staff were always ready to bring us new dishes and drinks. A really excellent experience. Well done Pachamama :)

At best mediocre especially considering other restaurants in this group. Chicama much better. Was disappointed in portion size especially anticuchos seemed poor value for money. Churros were very good.

Booked this place for my fiancé’s birthday. Nice atmosphere, though the noise levels got increasingly loud as the night went on and was hard to have a conversation. We had the tasting menu which was fantastic - great food, very rich although the portions were quite small. They really did rush us through the menu - from the moment we sat down, it was a relentless onslaught of food and trying to grab dishes the moment they were empty. The only reprieve we had was between mains and dessert where the pacing got better. Service was ok, FOH was fine but despite the food pace, our table server barely checked on us. We had to ask for water top ups twice, and ask to get another drink. We were a corner table and it was busy so maybe that was why? Overall it was an okay experience. I certainly wouldn’t come back but disappointing as I think the service and pacing would’ve really made enhanced the food and gotten some more drinks and cocktails out of us.

Pork chicharrones are to die for, so good we had to do it twice 🤭 Paired perfectly with the aubergine which was also incredible. Couldn’t fault the smash burger or chicken and waffles but the pork starter will be living in my head rent free 🤤🤤🤤

Outstanding evening with fantastic service. We were very well taken care of and really enjoyed our dinner and wine, and the ambience.

I recently visited Pachamamaa in London with two friends, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the vibrant décor really set the mood for an enjoyable evening.The food was absolutely delicious—every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The menu had a great selection of dishes, and everything we tried exceeded our expectations. The ceviche was fresh and tangy, and the lamb was perfectly cooked and tender.What made our visit truly exceptional, though, was the service. Daniel, who was serving us, was awesome. He was not only friendly and attentive but also had a great knowledge of the menu, offering us excellent recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. His welcoming attitude made our evening even more enjoyable.

The food varied from reasonable to good, but the portions were on the small side. The ambience was friendly and our service from one particular guy was outstanding. I wouldn't rush back for the food, but that was mainly because it didn't represent good enough value for the content and portion sizes
