Staff always kind as per usual. Food always good, we experimented with our mains this time and we were not disappointed with the switch up at all. 10/10

We loved our visit at Pachamama. It was our first time there and we decided to go with the tasting menu. Everything was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this place - the decor is beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. We were celebrating my birthday and it was a great experience with a little treat at the end. 😊 Will be back!

Lovely venue, good drinks and great starters. Mains a little less good as the duck was very salty. Generally all very positive though until the end when the waiter handed my friend the bill and asked her how much of a tip she’d like to add (service was already included but she couldn’t see that). It appeared that he made a judgement on her means and targeted her specifically out if the group to pay the bill and intimidated her to add a tip without explaining that the optional service had already been added to the bill. He did not do this to anyone else in the group. It was very odd and inappropriate.

A wonderful meal with attentive service. The restaurant was quite empty on a Friday lunch hour so it was very quiet. But the food was delicious and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Would definitely return.

there was a nice ambience in the restaurant, but I didn’t think that the food was anything spectacular and I thought that the food could’ve been more innovative. The aubergine lacked flavour and plantain was a bit too sweet.

This has been my favourite restaurant for quite some time but at this visit it was clear that the prices were up and the portion size considerably down. In particular the Black cod at more than £30 has one small piece of cod that was less than two mouthfulls. We left playing a bill of £300 for 4 people with minimal drinks and really quite hungry.

First of all the restaurant seems to be a Peruvian restaurant but it is not. Basic food, with lack of taste of Peruvian flavor. Finally, at the end the restaurant billed me an incorrect price not only for me also for customers next to us what seemed rare considering that is a formal restaurant
