Wow! What a great deal! It was busy, there was a wedding and a vow renewal going on. I haven't been here in a while and the 1/2 prime rib dinner was a DEAL and a great reason to come back and experience OC Mining Company again. Thank you for sending me the flyer, it brought me back in, and I will be back before the month is over!

Gregory was our server. He was terrific! He surprised us with a free dessert as it was our anniversary.

Our service was excellent, our food was delicious, the cheesy bread was horrible but the prime rib was perfectly cooked and very tasty.

Excellent meal, especially with the 50% off prime rib and margarita special, which has drawn in a huge crowd. Service was outstanding and friendly. Great salad and soup bar as part of the entree sepections.

Our dinner at OC Mining Company was absolutely perfect. We were greeted warmly and seated in less than 10 minutes. We had requested outdoor seating, and they escorted us to a small table situated at the very end of the balcony. Not only was the view amazing, but that location was ideal since my friend and I are both hard of hearing. Our server, Abdel, was so attentive, kind and patient. The prime rib was cooked perfectly to our liking, and the sides and salad bar were excellent. This dinner was a celebration for my friend’s 94 birthday, so Abdel brought a delicious chocolate sundae for us to share (and quietly sang “Happy Birthday.”) Happy 50th Anniversary to OC Mining Company, and thank you for making this evening very special for us.

This brought me back, as it has been years since I have dined here. I first came here with a prom date in 1975, while you were still in your infancy! The place is as wonderfully unique as ever. Thank you for the experience...and bringing back some fond memories. Toby Morse

Reserved via Opentable, got my seating on time. Prime rib steak was excellent and solid views from the outdoor area of the restaurant. Definitely recommend!

Been there before in the past and was looking forward to the view, atmosphere, and the foods ok. I made a reservation for Sept. 8, 2024 at 1:30 and after driving an hour to get there the lady told me sorry were closed due to an electrical outage. I said ok and as I was leaving people were passing by with their brunch plates. I think a text or call to let there reservation clients know to not come would have been nice.

Four of us went for the Sunday brunch and arrived right at open so the food would be fresh. It was not! Maybe they made it that morning but it was awful, most of the food tasted like it was a day old. They also only had about half the options compared to pre-covid which is disappointing because it’s still the same price! $200 (including tip) for four people, not worth it at all. Our waiter didn’t offer us complimentary mimosas but offered it to other tables?? He was also never at our table, horrible service, he only cared about huge parties.

Booked well in advance but ended up being sat in a ball room at a round table for 8, there was only 4 of us. To get to the salad bar we had to walk through the bar, then hostess area, then into the restaurant. I advised we were there for a Birthday, that fell on deaf ears. The calamari prices at $16 ended up being French fry style stack of 8. 50% off prime rib was still $56. Beautiful setting but not enough to justify a $320 bill for 4 people Save your time and use their parking lot for the view before heading to another restaurant for dinner.
