The dinner and drinks were great , our server Lief was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and interested in all of us, a perfect evening!!

We came up for the prime rib anniversary special and it did not disappoint. The portions were outstanding and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the surface from our server as well as the young ladies at the front desk good food without all over priced pomp and circumstance. Just good old-fashioned quality.

Food (prime rib dinner) was excellent, customer service very good. Shout out to server Diamond -- she was attentive, intuitive and an absolute delight!

We chose to go to Orange County Mining Co because my son (4 y/o) has been asking about it for months every time we drove by on our way home. We made a reservation, when we got there we were told our reservation was for outside because that’s what we had requested (didn’t request it and even double checked on the app) however that was all that was available. We were the only ones sat outside on gravel with plastic chairs and tables. The balancing act was comical at points. Our server came over took our drink order brought them out quickly, when she came back with our drinks we placed our order 2 prime ribs and a kids plain hamburger with French fries. I have been to countless restaurants with my son, of all different calibers every single one we have gone to has always, always brought out the child’s food first even if the rest of the parties food wasn’t ready yet. This was not the case we waited almost an hour after we ordered for our food, the 2 prime ribs came out first, not the kids hamburger, when I asked about it, I was told it “was coming” 10 minutes later his hamburger arrived cold to which the server stated “ it was just sitting there l guess I didn’t see it” we were appalled by the service, asked to speak to manager, when he walked out he asked what the problem was, we tried to explain and he said well I only just got here myself but I guess I can comp your meals etc. We ended up boxing everything up and driving thru McDonald’s for my son because he didn’t like the cold French fries and overcooked jerky hamburger that he waited patiently for. Needless to say we won’t be going back

The Prime Rib was excellent! We also enjoyed the salad bar, soup and warm cheese toast. The service was great! We will definitely go back again and recommend the Orange County Minung Company to friends and family.

Always great prime rib. The service was excellent. We had Lauren as our server. She greeted us with a smile and took care of our every needs during dinner. Salad bar is very good and soup too. The view was spectacular as well. Always our choice to go to OC Mining Company for the whole experience. Thank you.
