Nice place to meet friends for lunch. Food was good. The 4 of us sat outside on the covered terrace area. It was a hot day but the fans kept us comfortable. Our server was great. She checked on us & made sure we always had something to eat.

Menu and entrees have changed. The jambalaya was actually kind of gross. Sliced slimy chicken and no okra. We are there a lot but it’s definitely gone downhill sadly. Service was fine.

Service was exceptionally poor. We arrived during a slow period, and still waited over 5 minutes for our server to first arrive. After our food arrived, which was fine, it was radio silence again, with the server disappearing to the kitchen for another 40 minutes. We finally asked a host for our check, which arrived 5+ minutes later. The waiting wasn't over though! After 10 more minutes of their dissapearing act, we had to ask the host again if someone could actually ring us out. A few minutes later the server reappeared from the kitchen and finally rung us out. On top of this, it was COLD inside and unfortunately too windy to sit outside. We won't be back!

I was disappointed with the sandwich and we rarely saw the waitress. Not usually typical of my experience in this restaurant.

Open Road Grill is a good choice with a variety of selections. We had salmon beef medallions , brisket, and hamburger. All were very good and recommended. I would also recommend the street corn and Mac and cheese sides. The prices are reasonable making Open Road a good value choice.

The food was absolutely delicious as always. Service was fast and our waitress was really nice. It has been a couple years since I was last here, but I definitely plan to return soon. Wonderful establishment!
