    Amazing service as always, this is my fav restaurant in Toronto, have came here many times. Perfect for a date or an special occasion, they have many options for private parties as well. Oysters always fresh, fav dishes are: Wagyu sliders, braised short ribs, tenderloin and the truffle frites.

    We made our reservation on open table for an outside table. When we showed up they didn’t have our reservation. I showed them my open table reservation confirmation no. They said sorry sometimes there is a mixed up. They said they could seat us inside. I said no and asked to see the manager the desk last Sanya said he was walking around. I said I wanted to talk to him. Sanya said I can’t leave the desk? (Which she did do later ?) we finally got Tim the manager who was able to accommodate us. During our dinner there weee three other tables that sat empty. Love the food and ambiance but Sanya needs alot of customer service training

    We come to One restaurant every week. This was by far the worst experience. My husband’s pasta had a string of red thread in it. Which he almost choked on. My fish was too oily. Flies flying on our food. Generally disappointing
