This experience was amazing! From the entrance to the elevator, to the view the to the customer service which was impeccable… everything exceeded all expectations. Particularly the service provided by Axel and Rahman in the restaurant, which made the experience just perfect! Attentiveness was just right and the quality of the food and cocktails was top tier! Would come back in a heartbeat. What a memory!

Went there 2 years ago. Very impressed this time. Recommend to reserve the sunset time slot. Great views, excellent food. Kudos to the chef.

The food was very expensive and I was sitting at the bar after paying lots of money for the dinner The table didn't have any ambient lighting, to check the menu I had to use the mobile flashlight

As a combination with a visit to the observation deck on the freedom tower, this is a nice choice. It's not likely to get a Michelin star, but it's really quite good. I do not agree with complaints I saw about the view and the noise from below. We had a table next to the window, but no table was more than one row away from the window. It was a great view. It's true that it's open to the observation deck below, but noise, such as it was, came from the restaurant not the observation deck. We did the alla cart option, the package deal was more food than we wanted. Almost exactly 24 hourse before the reservation we got an email with an offer to buy tickets for the observation deck in advance on-line. For doing that you get $20 off for each adult. The branzino was quite good. The accompanying israeli cous cous and my girlfriends pasta could both have been a touch more al-dente; but only a touch.

Loved it. Food was surprisingly good for someplace that has you cornered. It got a little loud with the viewing floor being right below you but the rest of the experience was great.

We were very disappointed as we were not seated in the better part of restaurant even though we requested it. You should have different seat areas clearly visible when making a reservation. The overall experience is very expensive and it was my anniversary. The food service was very poor and slow. My wife ate her entire meal before my daughter and I even received ours. Menu was below average. This was our second time and our first time was a totally different experience. We will NOT be going back. Our waitress was really nice and did her absolute best.
