Food and service were great. A bit dark at night but I suspect it’s for a few reasons. Value is questionable, but that’s the price you pay for location. Would recommend trying for sure.

Although the staff was amazing, the ambiance is equivalent to a high end cafeteria versus a high end restaurant I was expecting better decor and restaurant experience. The food was amazing and did not match the decor.

Lunch package is a good value, includes experience+ lunch. Service excellent, the food quality good. Certainly there is opportunity for improvement, my burger was just warm, cooked just not hot. They forgot my salad. My cocktail wasn't chilled as it should be. The view was wonderful.

I booked the lunch experience at $80 to include entrance to the One World Observatory. On arrival, I went to Guest Services to pick up my tickets to be told I had to pay $45 each for 3 people to enter. When I got to the restaurant, we were shown to our table. I asked about the lunch experience and I was told this has not been booked, but I had a table reserved? So my $240 ($304 with tax and tip) lunch experience cost a total of $404.34. Food was good, service and attitude from staff was disgusting. We won’t be returning.
