Staff professionale e disponibile ,nota di merito a Rammon Che ci ha coccolati per tutta la sera oltre a Farci delle foto meravigliose.rapporto qualità prezzo più che onesto considerando la location direi unica .

The food was absolutely delicious (highly recommend the steak frites or spicy rigatoni) but our service was subpar. After we ordered our dinners our waitress essentially neglected our table completely. We were done eating for probably a good 30 minutes before I could flag her down to bring our check over. Be weary of booking packages that promise views because there was another party behind us complaining about how much they paid to be sat at a table with no view at all. Majority of the tables are flush to the windows but there are a few that are along the loft part of the restaurant that is above the observatory floor. That is where we and this other couple were seated, where the windows are about 50 ft away.

Truly memorable experience!!! Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The food was very good, and the view is just breathtaking. Must be one of the world’s best restaurant locations! We had Nikki and Rahman taking care of us. So nice, helpful and they helped make the night extra special. Thank you both!!!!!

Its was a very great place to spend a date or Birthday. The view is amazing. The wait on the service guest area was terrible, The rest was awesome. My fav female asian servers deserve a raise for her unique way oh making me feel comfortable.

We had our anniversary lunch at One Dine and was seated by the window overlooking the Empire State. We were seated quickly, asked what our orders were, and received our drinks immediately. The main course took about 25 minutes to be taken to our table, but there was no communication from anyone that we had to wait that long. We sat there slowly sipping our drinks to kill time. I had the pork chop and my fiancè had the rotissierie chicken. The food was 10/10 and the views were amazing. We were able to ask the server to take a photo of us, which was nice since we were celebrating something. Since we headed to the restaurant first, we were not able to go back in after the elevator we took from the restaurant took us to the outside of the security area. It was a bummer because we paid for the ticket, but did not get to explore. Overall, the dining experience was great. I just wish they allowed us to go back in since we had no problem getting through security again.

We booked the dining experience package. This included and observatory ticket and then dinner and drinks. Any drinks were included which was really good value so although it appeared expensive, the meal was delicious, huge portions and champagne and cocktail each made it really good value. Book for sunset and it’s stunning as the sun goes down and the city lights up. Absolutely amazing !

It took forever to seat us even though we had a reservation. I look younger as well so I believe they also did not take me seriously. Host asked me twice “What could I do for you?”. I shared I had a reservation 3 times before they finally acknowledged it. I paid for the dinner with the view, and all we could see was the top of people’s head. Our server was extraordinary though, made up for the prior issues.

We had the dining experience and waited around for almost an hour for the bill to sign. It was all prepaid but our server never said we didn’t have to sign anything. Would have been nice for him to at least check on us in that hour to see if we were needing anything else. He never even came by our table for us to grab him.
