Made reservations in advance and were seated at a table with a ‘fair’ view while others without reservations were seated at a more prime view. Having to reserve with a credit card in advance (with the chance of being charged if plans change), is something to be considered. Drinks from the bar took so long to arrive, they were served with the meal (this is at a 12 pm seating….first of the day). Food was overpriced for the taste/value. Waitstaff were kind and attentive. Be aware an 18% gratuity is automatically added to the bill (this was for a party of 3). Highly recommend the One World tour, however would choose to dine elsewhere in the future.

Exceptional Service at One Dine - Thanks to Rahman! We had the pleasure of dining 101 floors up at the World Trade Center, and we have to give a huge shoutout to Rahman for making our experience unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Not only did Rahman provide attentive and friendly service, but he also offered to take our photos during the stunning sunset and even as the city lights sparkled at night. His thoughtful touch made our visit feel truly special, and his warm, engaging personality made us feel like we were the most important guests in the room. Rahman's attention to detail and hospitality made us want to return every single day - he is truly an asset to the World Trade Center team! If you're looking for not only great food but an amazing experience, be sure to ask for Rahman when you visit. You won't regret it!

The views are spectacular. Service was terrible and the food was subpar. I’d come here for a cocktail and to see the views but that’s it.

The food was great, delicious 😋. We book the lunch experience and we're not expecting it to turn out the way it did. All employees were polite, courteous, professional and tended to our needs and wants. The steak I had was the best to date. I couldn't get over how delicious all the food was, and the cocktails were awesome as well. Great place to eat by far.

The food choices were numerous. We were a party of four and we each ordered a different appetizer and entree so we could sample each choice. The portions were generous, and each dish was prepared perfectly. Our server, Hague, checked on us just the right number of times. The view was phenomenal.

We decided to try this for our anniversary and were very underwhelmed. The view is great, but that’s it. The food was nothing special. Our server left during our meal as was replaced with the bartender. We never saw him again. If you’re planning to go here for a special occasion, choose somewhere else. There is NOTHING special about this place other than the view.
