One of our best experience in NYC. Ticket is included and done during the sunset with appetiser, main and dessert + 2 drinks was perfect for this moment.

Lost a lot of Class and Ambiance in the past couple years. Visited the Restaurant a couple times now, its a fixed point for us when we come back to NYC. Last time in 2022 it was wonderful. We had a few hiccups but the staff solved everything to our absolute liking. Coming to our current visit at One Dine. The Menu has been heavily reduced and that to our disliking. A smashed burger for 32$ would be fair, but it came without fries and had a salad instead. There are a few choices on the menu we just cant seem to understand. When it comes to staff, we were really disappointed because we reserved weeks and months in advance. When we first tried to reserve 6 Months before our date, the website said "reserverations this far in the future cant be place", well thats fair. So we tried a couple of times and finally made our reserveration super early. We specifically asked for a specific table directly at the window, but instead got the info when we arrived "year, I got people sitting over there, so I cant place you there.". We then got a seat with obstructed view in the back, which was a bummer. Our Server was friendly and polite, however his actions werent. When one of us finished early with his meal (the plate was clean) he just "ripped" it from the table. this created a lot of discomfort as we felt rushed to be done ASAP. This repeated with every piece of cuttlery that seemed "clear", even though not all of it was. To make this expierience even more worse in the end, he presented us the bill (without asking us first if we would like to get the bill) and then walked away. I explained that we had vouches from our "all inclusive"-tickets and he just said, "yes, we will deduct it from the bill total. I explained that this is wrong, that you have to subtract it from the amount of the bill and then put your gratutiy on top. He just said "this is how we are doing it since opening." So he fiddled himself another 10bucks out of us. All in all a very poor & loud expierience.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime view and experience. When the elevator doors opened on the 101st floor, everyone collectively gasped over the view. We bought a package for happy hour which included entrance, two drinks and two appetizers per person. Drink were good. Food was average. We had a lovely waitress who allowed us to linger. Next time, I want to see the view at night!

It was a very pleasant afternoon and evening with a spectacular atmosphere, the waiters always asking if we were comfortable or needed something to help us, always pending the phenomenal food and with the good accompanying drinks, 100% recommended.

Great atmosphere however the food is mediocre for the experience price paid and the service was less than desirable. The waiter acted as if he had better things to do.

I had a wonderful time. My family really enjoyed themselves. My daughter had a ton of fun with the other kids, my boyfriend relaxed and enjoyed every moment with me and my daughter, and I was simply happy to be there.

Dears Friend, I worked many years as a Journalist, I being in many countries! I took my wife for her birthday 🎂 with a high expectations for a great experience! Didn’t happen! The gentleman who greet us was very pleasant! After that everything when downhill!😣 We waited for someone to bring us a menu! 20 minutes later we got a meal menu! No bread basket, no wine 🍷 cart ( Meal was delicious). No little piece of cake with a single candle. It felt like a cold place. Like no one care. The view spectacular ☺️ Sincerely yours Eduardo.
