ONE Dine exceeded my expectations! I went there for my 1 year anniversary. In order to get access to the restaurant you will need to get tickets to the Observatory which was a nice activity to experience with AMAZING views of the entire city. Great for sunset and night views of the city. The restaurant also has the same spectacular views. The food was great! The portions were great. I had the pork belly and wings for appetizers. We are ordered for the main course, the branzino, the pasta, and side a of brocollini. Everything was flavorful, plentiful, and we had leftovers to take home. The ambiance, sunset, and stunning views of the city at night made the experience amazing. I didn’t expect much since this was more of a tourist attraction, but it definitely was well worth it. Cheers!

Food, view and location great. Price wise it's NYC. Service, ICK! We arrived early and got seated right away. Food came out in a timely manner except for my daughter dessert. We arrived around 5:15 and didn't leave till after 7. We were done eating by 6, except for the dessert. Waiter came around once, never refilled water and didn't ask how the food was. Disappointed tremendously with the service.

It was surprisingly a wonderful experience. We sat w/o permission at a table with a better view of the New York skyline and they let us stay. Haque (server) was wonderful & very attentive, the food was delicious. Josephine (hostess) couldn't have been nicer after we were bemoanng the loss of all of our old haunts from twenty years ago. They helped us start building new memories. We can't wait to come back & enjoy another fabulous meal.

Great views (naturally) from the tallest building in New York on a clear day. Food was good although there was an item on the menu which turned out to be unavailable (we were one of the first diners so they should have told us!). Halfway through eating our starter the waiters showed up with our main course. Now we are from the UK so found this quite strange (is this what you do in NY?). They seemed unwilling to take the food away so we abandoned our starters for the main course...
