Obligé de manger vite , 240 $ pour arriver à 19h30 et partir à 20h30 c’est honteux !! On nous sert l’entrée avant le cocktail qu’on devrait apprécier tranquillement devant la vue , puis nous servir le plat principal pendant qu’on mange l’entrée….. du jamais vu dans un restaurant, et celui-ci est censé être sélect

I purchased the group dinning package for my husband and I. I was nervous about what would be included or lack thereof on the prefixed menu but when we arrived, everything on the menu was available as an option. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the food and service! Fantastic experience for my husband’s birthday. I highly recommend!

The experience was everything I expected and some! The building was stunning. The elevator ride was so fascinating! The waiter was so kind and pleasant. The view was spectacular.

El servicio excelente, recomiendo si quieres ver la luces de New York ir de noche, vale la pena adquirir el Dining Experience, las bebidas muy buenas y la comida deliciosa, la atención de Frank fue excelente, regresaría de nuevo si tengo oportunidad.

Andrea was wonderful server. The views were amazing. But it’s not as luxurious as I might have thought. Again Andrea was amazing

We bought tickets and mentioned that to our host, they never deducted the dining vouchers and refused to adjust the bill. As far as food goes, it is mediocre.

Really enjoyed the experience and the view, despite the rain and clouds. Axel and the rest of the staff were awesome. I did not leave enough time between leaving the 9/11 museum and getting up to the top of the freedom tower to make our reservation so I missed the introductory entertainment to the freedom tower, you probably need 30 or 40 minutes to go through the tour. My group had a prepaid option through OpenTable, that included an appetizer, entrée, a beverage and entry into the observatory. It was an excellent deal for the experience. just make sure you leave enough time to thoroughly enjoy the 9/11 museum, it was much larger than I expected
