Olio Pizzeria, ouvert en Juillet 2010, est une bar à pizza décontracté/ bar à salumis/bar à vins/bar complet inspiré de la myriade de pizzerias du voisinage et des enoteche (bars à vins) trouvés à presque chaque coin de rue des piazzas en Italie. Cette idée a commencé à prendre forme avant qu'Alberto et Elaine Morello eurent même ouvert le Olio e Limone Ristorante, leur restaurant italien gastronomique voisin en 1999. Bars à vin servant des salumis boutique et des formaggis sont la rage en Italie, ainsi qu'un nouvel intérêt régional qu'ils sont heureux de partager avec vous. La Sicile est une puissance émergente, et des touches de la nourriture et du vin sicilien ravissent les clients. Vous trouverez également des goûts excitants de la Campanie et d'autres régions émergentes sur les menus, la carte des vins et de bières. I would return again. Basic Italian menu without any fancy items. The special prosciutto pizza, spaghetti and meatballs and Favorita salad were all excellent. It was a warm weekend and all of the outdoor tables were taken. We sat inside and only one other table was occupied. It was HOT. Segio was an outstanding server.

After we got seated outside , it took us 20 mins for our server to encounter us and our food also took a while to come out as well as getting the check. We asked our server for condiments and never got them and by the time our server came back to check on us, we already finished our plates. It’s also really hot inside the place so I recommend sitting outside. Otherwise the food was good.

Olio pizzas never disappoint. The Umbra is my favorite but the two other my friends ordered were equally delicious.

Service was terrible. No one greeted us for nearly 10 minutes and there was no one else in line. There was no a/c and it was very hot. After we finally sat down no one came to the table for over 15 minutes so we left.

Always an excellent experience. The atmosphere is comfortable and intimate with tables throughout the courtyard. The pizza is amazing and the service is great - letting you dine leisurely without rush. Just a great time

Always great. Great service. Fast food delivery. Pizzas were excellent. The gemelli pasta was great. Delicious peach and burrata salad. An easy one with kids.

The Umbria Black Truffles pizza is one of the best, if not the best, pizzas I have ever had. Can be a bit noisy inside, but lots of patio seating which is much quieter.

My son has a nut allergy which we alerted the server of, but he ended up having a reaction to a dish. When we asked about the ingredients it didn’t seem that anyone knew, which is a problem if you are an establishment that serves food. You should know what you are serving, and any allergens.
