Situé dans le quartier historique des arts, dans le centre-ville de Santa Barbara, l'Olio e Limone Ristorante sert une cuisine italienne artisanale reconnue par Zagat. Signifiant « huile et citron » en italien, le nom du restaurant reflète la philosophie de l'équipe que forment Alberto et Elaine Morello, également mari et femme : s'appuyer sur l'intégrité des ingrédients et la qualité de la préparation pour servir aux convives de Santa Barbara une cuisine italienne « simplement sophistiquée », dans une atmosphère accueillante teintée d'hospitalité européenne. Vous commencerez par une salade à la burrata ou des anchois méditerranéens blancs, puis passerez à une assiette de raviolis faits maison farcis aux aubergines grillées et au fromage de chèvre, avant de terminer par une tomate fraîche avec une sauce au basilic et de la ricotta salata rapée. Vous vous assurerez de rapporter chez vous une bouteille de la propre « olio » du restaurant, une huile d'olive extra-vierge bio produite à partir de variétés d'olives siciliennes. Vous apprécierez un repas privé dans la salle à manger Cucina, qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 40 personnes. Le restaurant comporte aussi de véritables bonus : le bar à pizzas, le bar à charcuteries (salumi), le bar à vins et le bar à service complet installé juste à côté, à l'Olio Pizzeria, avec sa salle à manger privée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 32 personnes.

We had a wonderful dinner last night. The food was delicious and service from Esteban and staff was excellent. We’ll be back soon. We brought a bottle of Tignanello and it was decanted with a 35$ corkage. Thank you Olio e Limone!

Excellent food in a calm quiet ambiance with attentive service. Fantastic handmade pasta, decent wine list, didn’t try cocktails.. Food is well prepared and presented. Euro vibe of understated elegance. Love the white tablecloths.. Only criticism would be the courses arrived fairly quickly, which made our party of 5 feel a bit rushed. I’ve eaten there several times, seems to be their style, certainly preferable to very slow service. iStaff is ver accommodating and professional .

What a lovely place! The food was terrific. My guest and I had no trouble hearing when we conversed in your crowded place. Kudos for that. Most restaurants are so noisy!

they offer a daily lunch prix fixed menu, today it was $35. I had the caprice salad and (meat) lasagna which was as good as I have ever had, very soft and flavorful. My wife had the mixed salad and grilled salmon with spinach and roast potatoes, also excellent and cooked rare. Ambience is old world quite, and service was excellent. a great value for high quality well prepared Italian dishes.

Food quality and presentation compete with the best restaurants in Italy. Simply divine!! Special night with my adult daughter. They were aware of our Performance that we were attending at the Granada theater And staged a wonderful magical experience for the two of us I have dined there with a group of friends in the past.. all food lovers. Not a marginal dish to be found. I would say there is an emphasis on seafood, and this is done to perfection!! My New favorite Restaurant in the U.S.. Thank you!!!😊🙏🏼

A bona fide staple of the SB dining scene that can benefit from a refocus. Food is still superb but the service was comically off. They badly need to update their wine list as all 4 of our selections were either 86'd or of a different, younger vintage. We will continue to support this establishment but we unfortunately had a bummer of a celebratory dinner due to cavalier, sloppy and inattentive service. I hope they can get their program back on track as this restaurant has historically been a surefire positive experience. A Manager/Host/Hostess up front would also go a long ways to help the flow of traffic that enters the door and just stands there as the rest of us diners look on, hoping a server will finally get them sat. Maybe ditch the Parklet and get back to regular programming? Stretched a bit too thin... Hoping for better service upon our next visit, respectfully.

It was our anniversary, we had a great time. We got an ideal perfect table and the food was fantastic and service was superb.
