              Olea is easily one of the top 2/3 restaurants in New Haven CT. It is inventive, responsive, friendly and very well done. The food is for a foodie, the ambiance is excellent, I have always loved it.

              First time sitting at the bar. Ordered 3 tapas and dessert and it was just perfect. We received great attention from the bartenders and enjoyed the pace of the meal. This was the perfect spot for a quick meal before a concert at the College Street Music Hall!

              Have been here 15 times over the past 12 months. I am not kidding this place deserves a Michelin star. Flavors, textures, combinations, consistency, service are unmatched. I will be really upset when everyone else in the greater area figures it out and I can’t get a reservation.

              Four of us were there, one of whom had the pork dish, two of us, the Japanese fish and one the vegetarian entrée. All thoroughly enjoyed their meals which included appetizers and dessert.
