Chef’s tasting menu for our anniversary: creative and careful preparation and presentation throughout the courses, delicious treatment of proteins I do not usually enjoy, but did at olea. Thank you for the special evening.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Olea. Every dish and drink was 10/10 as usual. The service is excellent. Each time we have dinner at Olea it’s a perfect experience.

We enjoyed a pre-theatre dinner including tuna tartare, baby squid, a lovely glass of tempranillo. All delicious, excellent service, lovely place.

Amazing food and service!! Came here for a special birthday, and we were not disappointed. Every single thing we ate was excellent - from a few complimentary bites from the chef to each course we ordered, you can’t seem to go wrong here.

I was happy to enjoy this meal in the company of people who like to share! We ordered the charcuteria and enjoyed the amazing chicken liver spread with port wine reduction that was the star of the show! We also ordered the branzino with perfectly crisp skin and the cochinillo which left us dreaming of our next meal at olea. The service was friendly and informed , we hope to have many future opportunities to try more items in the menu.

Olea never disappoints us- the waitstaff is impeccable and professional , the owners remember individual food preferences or allergies and make recommendations based on that. Oh, and the food is art.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and since all tables were taken even for a mid week reservation, we opted for bar seating. Although the dining area is a beautiful one, refined and elegant, the bar turned out to be fun with an excellent bartender taking care of us for the night. Their famous cochinillo was excellent and the duck leg confit nearly better and they were extremely careful and creative around a black pepper allergy. The torrija (caramelized soaked brioche, Tahitian vanilla infused milk, honey-rosemary ice cream) was unforgettable, we want it every night. Serious service, beautiful food, wonderful evening, thank you!
