Incredible crab cake, and a great selection of fish dishes- for seafood lovers a must do! The service was impeccable with fabulous seafood= perfect special occasions spot.

It was so very cold in the restaurant - made the meal less enjoyable. It wasn't like that the other times we were there. Told the server but nothing was done.

Off the Hook is fine. The seafood is excellent and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive. However it has become rather stale. The menu has not changed in years with non-seafood items just okay, deserts are all overly sweet, and the atmosphere feels like a suburban storefront (it is). Expect to wait an hour or more from ordering to eating. The prices are high for the quality and experience provided. If you want a good meal, fine, but don't expect anything off the hook great.

Service was excellent. Server made several good suggestions and was not intrusive. Food was very good except shrimp was tough.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I had been dining here for 6 years and have seen the service and quality decline greatly. Though the bathrooms were clean and the management and hostesses were amicable and welcoming, the server we had was inattentive when we were speaking to her, forgetting various parts of our orders multiple times from drinks to sides, didn't seem like she was well-acquainted with the menu, and made us feel uncomfortable multiple times by too frequently coming to our table to check on us every 5-8 minutes asking if we were okay or good. The food wasn't the same quality it had been in the past either, the temperature of the fish not consistent regardless of whether it was the same fish. In the past, we had raved about the food and service, recommending others to dine at Off the Hook, so this feels like a complete let-down. One of the busboys was aggressively and loudly scraping food into a to-go container right at the table, directly in front of my father and me. He seemed like he was having a bad day, and we tried to be friendly to cheer him up, but he had a bad attitude and barely spoke to us. We had left most of the nine inch cake for the staff and had asked for them to only leave a quarter for us to take home, but we received less than a quarter of our cake which the server, instead of returning to us in the original cake box, smashed it into a to-go container, completely ruining the top of the birthday cake, and the container couldn't even close. This was one of my favorite restaurants and had been for years, and I had brought multiple friends, family, and colleagues here before, and I'm sad to say that I won't be returning.

Good,Service,ambience was outstanding especially sense they can provide completely fresh fish. Multiple types!! Would definitely recommend.

Off the hook style oysters were unique and very delicious. The food presentation was excellent followed by very friendly professional service.

Service was excellent as it always is but a couple things I would call out at for a restaurant of this caliber that I would expect better. When your dishes are cleared away, it would be nice that somebody wipes the table before handing you the next menus because then you’re putting them down on a table that is wet or dirty. That is normally standard in a upscale restaurant where they wipe the table after clearing. The size of the tables on the patio for seating of four is too small. There’s nowhere to put all of the plates, dishes, and glasses and adding a little side table just is not very complementary.. The food was fine, but not excellent. The broccolini was burnt on one plate, and I was surprised that it was even served and the server noticed it and also agreed it was burnt. The special truffle potatoes were OK, but the bowl was so big that very little of it was warm. I’ll probably step back from going here as a top-notch restaurant because I expect a little bit more for the prices. But again I want to call out the server and service because it was excellent
