    Jason was great! I had a lovely dinner with a loved one and they also thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Best ambiance and flavors in the city!!

    We had a confirmed reservation for Dec. 26, 2024, at 6:30 pm, we arrived on time and were told they were running late to find out they had already used our table for someone else. We were seated at a table for 4 as we requested a table for 2. Our server was introduced as Murphy which I misunderstood and I addressed him as Morgan and from that point it went downhill. It took 1 hour from the time we placed our orders to be served. The hash browns were burnt and I sent them back and it was another 30 minutes when they returned with another order. Sounds good right, well it was not as we had already finished our main course and were ready for our check which took another 15 minutes before a manager came by and addressed us and we asked for the check. We will never go back to Oceanair in Atlanta, Georgia but most likely will go to Orlando, Florida location as they know how to treat their guest.

    This was our 4th year in a row coming for Christmas outside of our leisure visits and it was yesterday Christmas Day dinner reservations were at 6 pm our waiter was a very sweet gentleman who did the best that he could our food was over an hour wait and was cold the bartender that helped us when we first got there said that they ran out of pineapple juice so they could not make a French martini pineapple juice is the number 1 ingredient that they should have had at the bar and they were rushing and unorganized that threw my whole mood off before I got to our table I spoke to the general manager that was nice and had another manager I didn’t get her name and made a drink that was actually very good it was very chaotic I was very surprised at oceanaire we come all the time like I stated and choose this restaurant for Xmas our other favorite is rays on the river I’m really very worried about coming back we spend $400 and over when we come was very disappointed yesterday 25 th for Christmas I might have to choose another restaurant for seafood this is not a cheap restaurant that’s why we chose this restaurant to come to we used to love this place

    They were timely and honored our reservation. In comparison to last year, customer service is seriously lacking for the price point. It was way more crowded than last year. Not sure if they were prepared for that. Serena (our waitress)was nonchalant and borderline rude. There were 20 or more minute gaps between check ups. We had a $20 sushi roll appetizer with no soy sauce, wasabi or chop sticks and had to wait 15 minutes for hot sauce/seasoning. The main course took so long to come out that my mom had to take hers Togo because her mobility transportation had arrived on time. Mobility transportation was scheduled for us to have 2 hours for our diner. That wasn’t enough time for this Christmas experience. So disappointed from the overall experience. Thankful that Sean( the manager ) did comp some items. I usually never share bad experiences. I’m an optimistic person and very understanding. I always share positive experiences even when it’s not perfect. Very dissatisfied after paying over $300 for a mediocre experience. Don’t mind spending that amount or more for a great experience.

    The food was excellent. The service was outstanding. The wait time was way, way, too long. I was seated nearly 30 minutes after my reserved time. It took over an hour to get my main course. The wait times definitely took a lot away the overall experience. From the time that I arrived, ten minutes prior to my reserved time, to the time I left was approximately three hours.

    Good service, beautiful restaurant. Food was not that impressive to me for the price. I've had better that cost less.

    A wonderful Christmas Eve celebration for our family! We started with a seafood tower which was excellent! We had varying entrees including beef, crab cakes and red fish. All was excellent!
