Obica, Poland Street is a great find. We went for a late lunch / early dinner and enjoyed delicious food and friendly service.

I work just around the corner so have walked past it many times. Looking in from the outside I have not been bowled over but wanted to eat somewhere close to office so thought I'd give it a try. Oddly once in through the door, it gave a better impression so was quite happy with the interior. More importantly, my daughter & I both thought the food was very good. There is a focus on the cheese but that was no issue and our starters and mains were both very good indeed. Possibly the menu was little pricey (my pizza was £18) but it was very good. Service was attentive but not obtrusive - ie just right! Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Obica, as always Whenever we are in London we book a table at Obica is one of London’s attractions to us, we just love the place

Our experience of this restaurant was truly great from the service to the food and cleanliness . A definite 5 star . Nothing too much trouble . We will definitely recommend to our friends and family . Worth a visit .

This place to be a bit of a favourite, especially when out with the family - the food is always fresh and delicious and there’s something on the menu for all ages. It’s at a mid price point that makes it feel like a treat without blowing the bank. But the last couple of times we’ve visited the food has been really let down by the service. Surly, inattentive waiting staff and a general lack of interest…. Today ordered a glass of Prosecco on arrival and then no-one came and checked in during either our starters or main courses to see if we wanted any further drinks. Glasses empty except for the tap water. Last time was similar and I actually ended up getting out of my seat to go find a waiter, having been ignored. But today I couldn’t be bothered. They could be making more money if their staff took any interest in the customers. Shame as the food is great.

Smoked Mozzarella was amazing Service good but my main Pasta was just warm and when I sent it back it was heated in the microwave Not good and we then had to ask for it to be removed from the Bill

The staff were excellent and food, when it arrived very nice, but the issues with delivering food to 4 guests at the same time and at the appropriate temperature detracted from this. My salad arrived all fine but one pizza and pasta arrived which was cold, the staff were excellent and took this away to remake but the other pizza we’d ordered also didn’t arrive until the other 2 renamed meals finally arrived. I’d eaten my salad by the time the other 3 were eating. That being said the food was excellent - hence the scoring for service being lower relating to the timing of food not quality. Staff dealt politely with the issues and a discount was applied to the bill, the experience could have been so much better if the timing was right.
