Very disappointing buffet offering, especially for the price per person. If the service is not going to be offered long enough to comfortably enjoy it, then a 1:15pm time slot should never be offered. Will never recommend it or partake again. Shame on you Fairmont. I am embarrassed having taken my family there for a special occasion.

We tried the Sunday Brunch Buffet yesterday. Unfortunately it was very mediocre especially the desserts. While most of the food looked good the taste was disappointing. The prime rib, the lamb and the shrimp were the only enjoyable foods. The quality and selection greatly declined from the fabulous Griffins days.

Loved being in the back room for Valentine’s Day! It made the evening feel very special. The food was not good. Croquettes were cold and the spatzle had no flavor and couldn’t even eat the duck.

Had a set menu 3 course meal for valentine’s Day. Food was under seasoned bland. The combinations were strange together and didn’t fit. Overall I was disappointed for what I paid.

The quantity is too small and the price is too expensive, not worth it. The environment is Japanese style, which doesn't seem to match the food。

Service was not as great as it could have been. Our section was not particularly busy and our server was chatting with infection game execs in a different part of restaurant, as she mentioned to us. Which is nice as to why she didn’t pay attention to her area. Multiple ppl complained, I was okay with, but my mother wasn’t. Open table comments where not addressed again, for special notes. We were put in the corner to the right as you walk in, didn’t complain. Food was mid, didn’t complain. Only really giving this feedback for app optimization really.
