    Food was excellent as always. Service was not. Server was not attentive, 90% of requests for more drinks, selection of food was instigated by me. He came over to the IPad frequently, stared at it all the time and then walked away without any comment or even eye contact

    Service was not great. Had to ask for water refills all the time, wrong drinks came to the table twice, server brought food to the wrong table.

    Three of us went on a Thursday night when they had their gnocchi specials, and had a margherita pizza and two kinds of gnocchi along with the radicchio salad and vanilla gelato with chocolate sauce. Everything was delicious. We had left over gnocchi. There service was attentive but not rushed, the interior is unique and interesting, and it was not loud while we were there 5:00 to 6:45

    I’m sure I’m being redundant from every other review I’ve done on Nostrana’s since they opened almost 20 years ago • we love to try new places but we try to get to Nostrana 3 or 4 times a year because we know the food,cocktails and wine will be excellent •• we don’t even take our own wine unless it’s a really special occasion because they always have an excellent choice of reasonably priced Italian offerings •• tonight we had a 2011 Tuarasi that was delicious• the dinner and dessert were as well-I don’t rate restaurants because there are so many variables but Nostrana would be in my top five by any metric

    Food was excellent as always. We felt really rushed by the servers, as if we were in their way, so took most of our bottle of wine home to finish it. Next time we wouldn't choose Nostrana on a night we'd like to linger, but would be fine for a single glass of wine and quick pizza.

    I always love going to Enoteca. It's an intimate space, the by-the-glass wine selections are always interesting and delicious and the pizza is one of my favorites in the city! I always try the Jazz Pie, because it constantly changes and is delicious. (And a great value at $12.)
