The atmosphere was fantastic, and so was the pasta I ordered. But unfortunately the chicken was fairly underwhelming for the price, so I’d suggest sticking to the pizza and pasta they are known for. Also, the service wasn’t bad, but again, for the price the staff seemed pretty indifferent to our existence compared to comparable restaurants.

Outstanding food. Friendly and attentive service. Extensive bottled wine list and adequate by the glass. We had beef and pork Gigli and crab fettucini plus a nice mixed green salad and the seasonal fruit crisp. Despite a torrential downpour, the awning over the front patio kept us dry and the weather was not cold, so it was a pleasant al fresco experience. The inside dining room was humming and full. One of the best restaurants in Portland. Get reservations early, especially for weekend nights.

I have been to Nostrana many times and absolutely love everything about it. This time was different. Our server was not good at all. He forgot food, messed up drinks, never checked on us. Not used to that in this place. Have always had super service even when super busy. I will try again as long as he is not my server. Hope you don’t get the guy with the really curly hair pulled back in a pony tail. You will love the food and the over all vibe. Can get a bit noisy inside but even that oils not keep me away.

Wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and sourcing from the garden across the street. We dined on gnocchi Thursday and loved the choices of gnocchi and salads. We were blown away by the butterscotch budino! We visited friends in Oregon and recommended Nostrana to them as well.

our waitress was amazing! we had never been here before and the place was very cute, was just a little thrown off by some yelling nearby haha! but that’s portland for you. food was very good, and i loved the pizza scissors. :)

The restaurant is beautiful. The service was poor and when they forgot one of our dishes, our server got upset with us when we said we no longer wanted the dish because we didn’t want to wait longer. The side dishes were good, but both pasta dishes we tried were not very good. The fettuccine was very bland, and the spaghetti was under cooked, still a bit crunchy, not al dente. But our server never checked on us so we were not able to provide any feedback. Overall a disappointing experience.

Our group of twelve enjoyed a great evening in the Enoteca for my husband's birthday. Our server Erin was superb, and Renato helped us choose wines after carefully listening to our preferences. Both cheerfully went out of their way to keep our experience seamless and fun- including expediting an entree' order for a guest who needed an early departure. The food was outstanding as always and was timed perfectly. We could not have been more pleased.
