    We are serving a six course Valentine’s Tasting Menu for $190.00 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $80.00, and 21% Service Charge. We can accommodate vegetarians and pescatarians, but no other food restrictions or allergies. The cancellation fee is $100.00 per person withing 48 hours of your reservation.     We have dined here many times over the years. Each time has been better than the last. A truly special dining experience in a very special location. The food, beverages and service are all amazing.

    Thank you for a memorable meal and experience. The winter tasting menu was well balanced and service consistently impeccable. Truly a Chicago dining secret

    All 7 of us had a wonderful meal and time last night celebrating a big birthday-mom turned 83! Each dish, the flavors were always surprising. Creative and delicious. The wine list is excellent and fun. I've just been a few times over the years as I live out of town. But last night among other things I was reminded of how wonderful a dining experience can be.

    We celebrated my Daughter’s Golden Birthday. The food was amazing, the location is extremely unique, and the ambience was very cool. All of that was complemented with an amazing Server.

    Had a terrific birthday brunch. Service was amazing and food was better! Considering the sophistication of the preparations, the cost is more than fair too. Can’t wait for another occasion to do it again.

    Celebrated a birthday at brunch, we had a great time! The service was exceptional, all the details seemed intentional and thought out. We enjoyed the tasting menu. Overall, North Pond is a wonderful place to celebrate an occasion.

    Always a wonderful experience. The server was exceptional and engaging. We were there for our son’s 24th birthday. The “Happy Birthday” printed on the menu and on his birthday dessert, the beeswax candle, and the server’s engagement made the event extra personal. It was much appreciated. The food is a circus for your senses, every course delectable.

    Exceptional service and ambiance. Applause and hats off to front of house. 3 of 5 courses are now locked in which is a change to last time we dined here. No options on these courses now. We expected more focus and concentration on making these locked in courses great. Two were just average while a third was sub par. Spoonful of beans that was dry with a hint of spiciness was disappointing as a course. Entree of octopus was also very disappointing . Overcooked and dry for all that had ordered it. Seasoning was off and rubbery texture made it very forgettable . Had to use my wine to wash it down. Pheasant entree was fine and a good choice. Highlights of food were fantastic bread , wine, and wonderful desert. Every place can have an off night but if this experience repeats again in the future we’ll have to eliminate North Pond as a “go to” destination.
