We dine at North at least once a year for lunch. The mussels appetizer is awesome and then we enjoy a pasta dish. Split both, it is a lot of food. Today was the bucatini and meatballs. Service is great and cheerful. We like to sit outdoors. Pricey for lunch, but the food is very good. And we love our shopping time at Kierland.

Arrived at 5:05 with a 5:15 reservation. Restaurant had a ton of open tables inside and out and we were told we were too early to be sat. At 5:12 we went up again and were told, it’s not your reservation time and we were made to wait till exactly 5:15. Were they busy seating other people? NO. The hostess was just standing there. Food took 30 minutes and was barely warm. It obviously sat in the back and got cold. We sat outside and listened to several (6-7) kids running and screaming as there is a play area directly next to the restaurant patio. Poor experience, very disappointing for a birthday dinner and do not recommend.

Outstanding service and food. From our hostess to the food service, everything was fantastic. Sassi was our food server. If she is indicative of all their employees, you will receive remarkable customer service! Our food was unbelievable!

Reliably good basic Italian food! Staff welcoming and friendly. Servers knowledgeable and helpful. Dishes easily modified to suit your preferences. Deafening noise level, an unfortunate experience at most restaurants these days, is a negative feature. This could be lessened by eliminating the background music.

Eggplant was spoiled and sent back. The Salmon was overcooked. Comparable dishes are better served and prepared for better value elsewhere. Nothing was done for birthday celebration which was noted on reservation.

To be honest we adore North and frequent the restaurant. Last night the service was only marginal and many of our requested menu items were unavailable. The excuse was there will be a menu change tomorrow which didn’t help us last night. Over all a disappointing evening and not up to their usual standards that we are used to
