    Can never go wrong with Nobu ! Everything on the menu is a must 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 from the rock shrimp salad to the black cod miso and don’t forget the lychee martinis !

    My last visit was in 2013. Much different experience. This time, tables were slcrammed tegether, to the point where you could hear everything every table around you was discussing. Not sure if ownership had changed since then, or if rhe SD location has just gone convention goer, over quality. Definately missed the "Experience" fornthe $250 for dinner for 2. Well, at least I have my memories of a better experience, even if my wife missed out on it, that time.

    Sat down at 9 as this was our reservation time. 9:15 they told us it was last call to order food. 9:20 bartender came over and said last call for drinks. By 9:30 they were clearing all tables and a line up of servers stated polishing silver behind us for the next day so we could not talk because we were competing with slamming silver. All our food came at once when Nobu is known for courses. I was extremely disappointed with service! We spend over $200 for a 45 minute meal.

    Server was great just don't understand how this sushi is more expensive than a regular shop. I might try again in the future

    We sat at the bar, the sushi chef was awesome. The food was great the service was great. Definitely not cheap.

    Food is above average and service of the food is quick. The waiter was not attentive and we didn’t feel valued. Considering the price, if it wasn’t for the quality of the seafood I wouldn’t recommend.

    We usually love nobu.. however tonight Waitress was obvs having a bad day.. she was grumpy and unhelpful. The food was poor.. actually sushi was good but not the main..usually we love it but it was not nobu standard. We had to send it back as tasted pretty awful. A total let down
