Nobu is always great! We’re always seated on time and our servers are great. This time we got crispy rice and tuna, yellowtail with jalapeños and cilantro, miso cod, garlic vegetables, and a California roll. The service was a bit slower this time but it was fine. Food was still 10/10

The food was truly mind-blowing. The hype is there for a reason, and everything was amazing that we tried. The ambience was very nice with a quiet but busy atmosphere. Tables are spread apart with some "privacy" and the decor was beautiful. Our issue was the service. Every person was extremely attentive (bussers, hostess, people bringing the food out) EXCEPT our waiter. He was condescending about the menu, and after we ordered, he never came back to our table to check on us. We had wanted to order a bottle of wine and a second cocktail in addition to 3 other dishes from our original order. We saw him again and again walk over to the 10 table party next to us, but he never stopped at out table. My husband even went as far as to wave him down to get him to come back to our table, and after saying he would be right back, he never returned. This server can't handle a large party and still treat a smaller party like they are customers. Our last dish was incorrect, and we sent it back asking to just get our check (the service was that bad). Sadly, we did not get to try the other dishes because the experience was so horrible with the waiter. Thankfully, we walked over to Nobu at the Paris and we were able to eat the remaining dishes and have a few cocktails there. I would not return to Nobu at Caesars again for this reason. The food was amazing, but if you are spending $300+ on a meal, one would expect the service to be in that caliber. We were extremely disappointed, and we would only return to get the food to go because the food really is that good. There are 2 other Nobu locations in Vegas, and I would suggest going to one of the other locations to get the service that would have created the Nobu experience.

We arrived at 8:45 pm for an Omakase dinner. The server did not seem eager to serve our table, but I figured that was just because it was Saturday evening and quite busy. Our "Omakase" consisted of 5 dishes: a couple thick slices of sashimi with a small crunchy crab, 3 pieces of nigiri, a few small pieces of fried fish, a small piece of black cod with miso, and a dessert. At that point, our server told us that we'd completed our Omakase and brought an extremely expensive bill to send us on our way. I was a bit confused about how this was the famous Omakase I'd heard about, especially considering the meager portions of sushi and sashimi. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication, if our server didn't care for us, or I just misunderstood what an Omakase entails at Nobu... but this experience certainly fell way short of our expectations. It especially hurts considering the price of our bill. The food itself was very delicious, but getting 5 small dishes for $300-400+ per person seems insane to me. We left the restaurant hungry and had to get McDonalds on our way back to the hotel. Based on other people's experiences, it seems maybe we had extraordinarily bad luck... but after that experience, there's no way I could ever recommend someone spend money here. I certainly never plan to ever again.

I have been to Nobu many times. I really did not enjoy this visit. The vibe was just so wrong. It was just to loud. I could not even hear the other person talking over the blasting music and general noise. Sadly last time for Nobu in Vegas. At this price point I just demand a better experience.

Would have given a higher service rating but our serving pushed us to try the classic tenderloin and was adimate about it instead of when we wanted teriyaki tenderloin. We should not of let the server push us to order the classic because teriyaki was much better. Never had a server push something so much before. It was uncomfortable.
