Le domaine Natirar, un site de près de 5 hectares installé sur les hauteurs de Peapack, abrite le Ninety Acres Culinary Center qui se compose d'un restaurant de la ferme à la table, d'un bar-salon, d'une école de cuisine et d'événements culinaires. De formidables et exceptionnels menus à base de produits de la ferme du domaine sont proposés. Le restaurant ainsi que les installations de fêtes privées définissent ce qu'une expérience culinaire de qualité devrait et doit être. Un menu à la carte est servi dans les salles à manger, un menu de bar léger est accessible au bar et dans les coins salon tandis que l'expérience « Bring Me Food » (BMF), un concept de menu dégustation, est exclusivement proposée dans le coin repas.

Outstanding dining experience at Ninety Acres as my husband and I commemorated our 27th wedding anniversary. Beautiful setting. Outstanding service from the hostess who provided a brief history of Ninety Acres while leading us to our intimate table for two in front of a huge picture window with a lush courtyard view, to our team of servers, and a creatively inspired chef and kitchen staff. My 'Shrub A Dub Dub' cocktail was one of a kind and delicious. We split the Wagyu Carpaccio and Bluefin Tuna Tartare appetizers. Both were excellent but my favorite was the Wagyu Carpaccio. For entrees, I had the swordfish and my husband had the duck. Both wonderful. We shared the berry pie ala mode for dessert. So, so good. Ninety Acres is now on our list of great restaurants. We will be back!

I love this place. While the entire meal was delicious the stand out for me as a sweet tooth is the dessert- both times I have been I have had whatever pie was being served. God bless the pastry chef because it is heaven on earth

Very good food, great service. Outdoor area is great for an after dinner drink. My wife and I enjoy this place.

We were really excited to try this project lace, we’ve always heard great things and went in with high hopes. The atmosphere was nice and calm, and the server was pleasant. The issues arose when we tried to order our drinks. They were out of three of the beers listed on their menu and, while the server was nice she did randomly choose a beer after giving up that my husband did not enjoy. The main entrees came out, and while on the swordfish was okay it wasn’t really anything outstanding and was rather plain. The steak was cooked perfectly but it was overwhelmed by the sauce on the plate which really took away from what should have been a beautiful piece of meat. Overall we were pretty disappointed with our meal based on the hype and atmosphere.

The food was superb! The ambience was exquisite! We got to meet the very talented pastry chef which was a thrill! It was a fabulous experience! We will go back!
