Le domaine Natirar, un site de près de 5 hectares installé sur les hauteurs de Peapack, abrite le Ninety Acres Culinary Center qui se compose d'un restaurant de la ferme à la table, d'un bar-salon, d'une école de cuisine et d'événements culinaires. De formidables et exceptionnels menus à base de produits de la ferme du domaine sont proposés. Le restaurant ainsi que les installations de fêtes privées définissent ce qu'une expérience culinaire de qualité devrait et doit être. Un menu à la carte est servi dans les salles à manger, un menu de bar léger est accessible au bar et dans les coins salon tandis que l'expérience « Bring Me Food » (BMF), un concept de menu dégustation, est exclusivement proposée dans le coin repas.

Everything about our dinner was top notch. From the welcoming of the valets, to the atmosphere, professionalism and knowledge of every member of the staff, to the impeccably prepared food, it’s an amazing experience not to be missed. It’s not an inexpensive experience, but if this is what “you get what you pay for” means, sign me up!

Service and food was absolutely incredible! 3rd time here and every repeat experience is at least as good if not better.

Overall a very good experience. We didn’t care for where our table was, by the kitchen. We would have preferred to sit in the main dining area, where the ambiance was far greater. This would have been a 5 star if our table was elsewhere.

Our server Andre was so professional, we watched the others and honestly think we lucked out having him. Squid Ink pasta, polenta were fantastic, steak was not. The restaurant is beautiful and classy and we'll be back.

Excellent experience all around, amazing staff, fantastic flavours, amazing setting and atmosphere. Bit on the pricey side, but worth it the treat.

In the beginning it took a long time to get our drink orders in, then the same happened to get our food order. The food is very good but prices outpace what you get so the value is not quite there, especially when you have to pay for everything including the rolls (which they ran out). As always the ambiance makes for a really nice out.
